The Content in the book is not as described. Maximum of the question are from new pattern but SBI did not change any Pattern for Clerk. Not useful. And kindly make it more useful. Firstly give some idea and then give questions.

I purchased the Adda 247 Teaching Mahapack, but my experience has been disappointing. There are no new batches available inside the pack. The few batches that have started are only old recorded videos, not live or updated classes. There is also no active test series included, which reduces the usefulness of the course.

Overall, the Mahapack did not meet my expectations, and spending ₹1800 on it feels like a waste. Adda 247 should provide fresh batches, updated content, and proper test series for students who invest their money and trust in their platform.

The support staff was active while selling the courses..multiple calls in a day..but after purchasing the staff is neither responding to the mssgs nor the calls...you have the duty to guide the student after the purchase as well...this is a completely online coaching so you need to clarify the student's doubts at the initial stage at how everything works..very disappointing!!

This is the worst batch till now. I purchased the Mahapack in October, and at that time, classes were happening. But slowly, the Reasoning , ICT etc. classes stopped showing up except Gaurav sir classes and now not a single subject's class is showing. I'm so tense, I don't know where and how to study. That's why I bought this Mahapack, so that I could get everything in one place, but I'm very disappointed . Paise waste gye h purchase karne k bad bhi kahi dusre platform se EMRS or KVS k liye classes li thi or ab DSSSB wale batch me bhi ek class show ni hoti .

I'm writing this to warn other students and exam aspirants: Be very careful when ordering from Adda247 if your materials are time-sensitive. Their irresponsible choice of delivery partners and their complete lack of ownership over the customer experience is a serious flaw.
I placed an order for critical exam books on August 31st. Adda247 chose to ship my order using Ekart, and the result has been a disaster. My package has been lost in transit for 11 days with no tracking updates, and it is now well past the promised delivery date.
The most frustrating part is the apparent indifference from Adda247. A seller's responsibility does not end when they hand over a package to the courier; it ends when the customer has the product. By using an unreliable courier and offering no proactive support when their chosen service fails, they are failing their customers. I was left to chase the courier myself.
For a company whose entire business model is based on supporting students with urgent exam deadlines, this is a shocking and unacceptable failure. They clearly do not understand the critical importance of the materials they sell. If you have an exam approaching, I would seriously reconsider ordering from them. You might be left empty-handed when it matters most.

Unresponsive Support After Purchase!!
I purchased a course but have received no response or support from the team regarding access to the live classes. I tried reaching out multiple times via both phone and email over several days. After three days of continuous attempts, my call finally connected — but the person who answered was unhelpful, responded with only “okay, okay,” and disconnected the call shortly after the conversation began. This kind of service is extremely disappointing. It's frustrating to see a coaching platform operating with staff who appear uninterested in assisting students. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer support. My issue is still not resolved.
