Being father of the bride is both fulfilling and challenging:
managing expectations in terms of Guest hospitality, bride and grooms dreams and budgets can be a tough task.

While selecting the Storytellers/ wedding photography team it’s important to give free hand to the bride and bride alone. It’s nice to give options to the bride and let her have a chat with the prospectives and make up her mind. It’s only when the “heroine” and the “director” can be comfortable with each other and give an amazing result.
The result is the videos and photographs one gets and it’s logical to think that that should matter the most.

After working with I DONT SAY CHEESE I realised that apart from the results / final product, it’s the experience they give to the bride and the guests that’s even more important.

Gaurav and Simran are so passionate that they have developed great empathy and they shoot with love and care, while always focused on the responsibility they have undertaken. I have seen the duo jostling to get the best angle and found it so cute.

I have seen some photographers being so insensitive during pheras and some even being rude to guests and family. Almost to tje point of demanding the bride and groom to emotionally express in certain ways. I guess that’s where the high society Delhi photographers like I DONT SAY CHEESE make all the difference.

I ended up feeling they should chare more for their services though I didn’t negotiate at all. They are absolutely value for money!

To end, I would like to give them 5 stars individually and as a team.

While other vendors, event planners, decorators billed me for “extras”; the property and the photography team delivered extra. What can a father of the bride feel except gratitude for this lovely duo and team.

One of the most important decision for us was to have the best photography for our priceless moments of our lives. Having Gaurav and Simran to be the ones to shot our wedding was the best decision and investment we made. The brilliance of their work is the fact that while having interaction with them, they understood the chemistry between me and my husband and the entire family so well that it perfectly reflected in our pictures and videos. We are simply awed by candid snaps and the wedding videos. They have very artistically captured the very essence of the wedding ceremony which we absolutely LOVED!

Entire team of I Don’t say Cheese is extremely professional, yet friendly. They literally managed to make us look like heroes of our own story. We not only got the best work from them but we earned lifelong friendship with them. Thank you so much Gaurav and Simran for these moments which is forever going to remain with us. I Don't Say Cheese is an excellent choice for wedding photography and videography. They shot our wedding in June 2020 and our reception in March 2021 beautifully. Not only did they gift us the best photos, but also made a lovely video which seamlessly put together the two functions! They are really accommodating and very responsive. The team understands the requirements of every couple very well and delivers accordingly. You can blindly trust them to give you the best wedding memories to look back and smile at!

Gaurav and his team did a fabulous job with my wedding photography and videography. I am so glad we decided to go with him. The entire team was super pleasant to work with. My family felt such a level of comfort with him around which made capturing emotional, intimate moments much better. The photos have come out phenomenal and so has the video. The video moves me to tears every time we watch it. He is also very prompt and gets you the deliverables for photos and videos faster than you can respond to it. All in all, I would highly recommend him and his team for capturing your celebratory moments.

I highly recommend I don’t say cheese. They covered my wedding and delivered beyond our expectations. They know how to capture the true essence of a wedding and they take a personal understanding of how you want the wedding to be captured. In one of our discussions with Gaurav and Simran before the wedding, I let them know that I don’t want to pose much for the cameras, I don’t want to be bothered and just want to enjoy moment and they understood. We didn’t even realise that there was a camera around capturing the best moments and video came out beautifully. I can’t stop watching my wedding video, thanks to them.

We worked with I don’t say cheese for our wedding and i would say, it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They managed to capture everything so beautifully that it made so nostalgic looking at the photos / videos after the wedding. No one could have done the job this way i think. They say your wedding day goes by in a flash of a second, so when we decided to get married the one thing we were categorically particular about was getting on board a team of photographers who would capture the essence, charm and craziness of our special day. We happen to stumble upon ‘I Don’t Say Cheese’ by accident and we made an inquiry because we found their name ever so catchy. Little did we know that we would find not only the best duo to capture our wedding but also meet one of the best human beings we’ve ever come across.

The heart of ‘I Don’t Say Cheese’ comprises of a beautiful couple – Gaurav & Simran, who make a team of wonderful photographers. This couple understands that behind every wedding is a love story. I still remember our first meeting with them where they kept aside all the deliverables and technicals and were invested to get to know they people who they were about to shoot. They encouraged us to talk about our story, observed our chemistry and very tactfully deduced our preferences.

Gaurav and Simran are amicable, full of good energy, have a bunch of fun and exciting ideas which clearly shows in the clips they capture. The hallmark of these photographers is that they are extremely present in the moment which makes them capture every little memorable nuance happening around. When we look at our wedding photos we relive all those moments again. This reflects the brilliance of this team.

They are as technical as they are hearty. From lighting to décor, attire to atmosphere, scheme of events to people attending the functions; they took keen attention to every detail. Once surveyed, captured these details and with amazing sense of direction created clips that will never fail to make you feel awe and nostalgia about the most special day of your life.

The wedding was a rather small affair but we had so much fun and it all shows in the pictures. Gaurav is NOT a photographer. He is a magician. He has the ability to freeze moments in a picture. He shot our wedding five years ago and its taken me that long (Lazy!) to finally put in words what it meant to have our wedding pictures clicked by him. What I absolutely loved about his style is, that when he shoots, he camouflages himself as a friend just hanging out with you on your wedding day. His style has never been intrusive and that’s one of the best and much needed quality for an occasion when you can be ticked off by slightest of things (Bridezilla!). Looking at my wedding pictures takes me back exactly to that moment, to the emotions I was feeling and I can almost smell the perfume I had on, such is Gaurav’s storytelling.
Side Note: Our wedding pictures were loved by so many of my friends and family that every year since 2015, one of my friends (or family) have had Gaurav cover their wedding. And so, I have seen how fabulous his work is that keeps improving every wedding season.

100/100 would recommend their work! Gaurav and Simran are more than just your average wedding photographers. They go above and beyond to get you the best pictures and videos. They are super attentive and make sure that you get exactly what you want. I had seen their work for many weddings before enlisting their services for my own wedding and the most important thing about them is that they customise their work to suit their clients' needs-- and that's what I really loved. They made our wedding videos and photos shine through a sea of Insta content in today's world by making them special and unique. Gaurav is a wonderful photographer that I would not hesitate to recommend to any one. He is a relaxed artistic clever photographer with an amazing sense of humour, someone who goes above and beyond to get that perfectly unique shot. From start to finish, the level of detail Gaurav showed to capture creative and unique shots was incredible! He is beyond amazing, and that's before I go on about his actual photos/work. He is so friendly, heaps of fun to deal with, and makes you feel so relaxed when everything else is quite stressful. It is very important to find someone who captures not only all the moments but captures the emotions as well, and Gaurav is the guy for you, if you want the emotions and a lifetime of memories captured.

Choosing a photographer is not an easy choice, but his enthusiasm, passion and stunning photographs make the decision a simple one. The only trouble or problem can be choose favourites because there are so many amazing shots to choose from!!

Absolutely fantastic photographer and such a warm, genuine person! A lot of photographer post 1-2 good pictures from a wedding on social media but when you look at the entire set it really isn't that great. EVERY single picture  that he shot for our wedding was a gem and that doesn't happen often. 5 years later people are still talking about the pictures and I frequently find myself looking at the wedding album. He is so candid that you don't even know he is there (haha!)  But with his understanding of human emotions and eye for art he truly captures the essence of a wedding. Highly recommend!

Simran and Gaurav are the perfect duo who don’t just pledge to capture your wedding perfectly but become a part of the family and do it with love and enjoyment! They literally never say cheese yet capture the most beautiful of memories. They understand how indian weddings work and never get a crease of discomfort or annoyance even if the functions get delayed. They would happily stay back even till 3 in the morning to get that couple byte from you to make your wedding film even more real and full of YOU ! Couldnt have made a better choice than them! Moments immortalized, time travel made possible.
It’s been 8yrs since we got married, and as one can imagine, that day has gotten a lot fuzzier with passing time. Except?
Except for the moments you captured, Gaurav. One look at the beautiful pictures and we travel right back in time to feel the same excitement, to laugh at that joke we can now remember vividly, to relive the emotions of hugging our parents, brothers, and sisters during vidai.
