Visited SWO customer support team for clarification regarding payments and credits. A very interactieve session and good knowledge about the happenings and likely dates of delivery. It was great experience visiting the smartworld office at IFC. Gagandeep really took care of my requirements and was very helpful. They offered me a Japanese dish called Oknomiyaki which really good. Thanks for all the hospitality and care for the customer needs.

Today i visited smartworld office and met with shubhangi . She is very helping ,though my issuues of interest is not cleared she said will b fowarded to Mr. Sahil n will b solved hopefully. but the way she explained were very great . She is very humbal and with polite nature

Hi Everyone,
It's been 10 months, since I made the payment, and still waiting for documents for flat allocation and biller-buyer agreement. Despite repeated reminders, all the requests asking for the same have fallen on deaf ears. They supposedly guaranteed Rs 25k/month which will be adjusted in the balance payment. However, the caveat was that this will be enforceable after signing up the Biller buyer agreement. Since this hasn't happened, I have lost 25000X10=2.5 lacs already. Add to this prevailing return of FD@5.9%, I have potentially lost a further 1.8 lacs.
Given such a level of indifference, I have lost confidence in Smartworld to deliver the project without any hiccups. I wish to have my money back(interest and penalty for opportunity loss) to prevent more losses. This is not a good position to be.
I'm open to all options, including taking this to a court of law.

Please let me know if anyone else feels the same. If a good amount of people come forth with a similar problem, the case can be made into group litigation which can be fast-tracked at the court of law. They have already breached a couple of land clauses, which set a precedent that Smartworld is involved in wrongdoings; this will help for shoring up the case in our favour.

I visited CRM lounge today and the food served there was amazing! Ms. Gauri assisted us for the day, great experience.

Biggest Liars in the industry. Just keep on advertising stuff and don't deliver at all. They will show you the flat in dreams which will remain a dream to get it. Despite making payment 10 months back, still struggling to get the allotment of the flat requested. DO NOT BUY any M3M or Smartworld project anywhere.

These people are fraud. Their CRM team is full of fraud unresponsive people. They will take your money and will keep fooling you. Please don’t get your hard earned money stuck in this fraud company
