Big shop , average fruit and vegetables, atta and daily grocery items but , they never keep change, billing counter staff poor dealing, always keep u wait for change, 1 ,2 ruppee baad mae le Lena....owner ji esnko kuch training doo.

I should warn every body out there. How professional these guys are?? I would have given negative rating for their customer service. Four days passed but noone from freshhaat gets time to deliver a prepaid item or just inform me that the item is unavailable. I have already paid it in advance.

After chasing them again and again they just refunded the amount by saying sorry for the inconvenience. Added my hard money in there app's wallet.

I am sharing my worst experience and telling everyone out there that don't waste your hard earned money on them. Instead go the local market and buy stuff which very much fresh .

Fresh items available all the time with reasonable price compared to other stores
They directly procure vegetables from farmers ….many times I orders online also delivery is on time most of the times and they somestimes give compliments with delivery

I have been buying vegetable and fruits from this place. Rates are very reasonable and quality is also good. This has become my fixed fav weekly place for purchase of produce now.

Pathetic service. No whatsapp support/no call support/ you have no option to change/cancel/modify the order. No support at all as their mentioned number is invalid and whatsapp link is invalid.

Very Poor quality of fruits and vegetables, stales vegetables on shelf, High price and very arrogant staff. Must avoid place
