Never order from this company if you want to plan your meal time. I ordered quail in the morning and haven't received it till 7 PM. They tell me that their delivery window is 4:30 pm to 8:30 PM!!! A four hours delivery window!! I have been a long time customer and if this is how this company delivers, I am not ordering ever again from them. If they give me a good explanation and  reduce their delivery time window to 1.5 or 2 hours, then I can consider them. As of now I am waiting for my order to be delivered. Ordered in the morning, waiting in late evening!!!

I’ve tried FreshToHome many times (in Gurgaon — can’t speak for other cities), but every time I’ve been disappointed.

They mix 2–3 good, fresh pieces with others that are not fresh at all — they smell bad and are clearly of poor quality. I’ve ordered chicken, mutton, and fish (rohu, katla, and pabda), and it’s consistently been the worst experience.

@freshtohome — please ensure you provide genuinely fresh products, or reconsider running this business.

I ordered FreshToHome from Swiggy Instamart. But never again! It was smelling so bad. It is definitely not fresh.

Order 400gms Mutton keema. we got 150-200 gms of Fat and tendons etc in the keema. There is practically no sign of Mutton. I took pictures to reachout to the Customer support and they don't even have option to report a. Complaint

Ordered doesn’t get delivered on time mostly. You can’t rely on them as the delivery team doesn’t even pick calls of the customer service team. Better go to a local meat shop

Pathetic quality meat,rotten when delivered it was ordered from Blinkit and they did not even take any action for it, would suggest if these people would really review and make changed
