I recently tried Desi Tadka and was pleasantly surprised by their Chicken Seekh Roll. As someone who prefers vegan options, I was happy to see that they offered a plant-based version as well. The roll had just the right amount of spices and the texture of the "chicken" was spot on. I also appreciated the restaurant's dedication to vegan and plant-based options. Definitely a must-try for any vegans or those looking for tasty vegan options!
