I recently tried the Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Focaccia from Edesia and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors of the Mediterranean were perfectly balanced, and the cottage cheese added a unique and creamy twist to the traditional focaccia. The presentation was top-notch, making it almost too pretty to eat. I have to admit, I have a major sweet tooth and I was very impressed by Edesia's selection of desserts and sweets as well.
