My X3 broke down on road - someone referred autofix to me and after calling them - response was super quick - team reached at spot and tried to fix the fault but had to toe the vehicle in crane to their workshop .

Writing this review after driving for 250km post the repair and servies done by Autofix. I own a Renault Kiger and I had started to hate the vehicle as I couldn’t find any genuine person here in Gurgaon to service it in the past 2 years. I tried the Renault’s own service stations and another famous auto garage chain but nothing worked. But now my vehicle is as good as new after getting it serviced by Autofix. These people know what they are doing and they are really good at it. The best part is, the service is also cheaper when compared to the service provided by brand’s own service stations. For anyone looking for a good place to get their vehicle serviced, I would now blindly recommend this place

I got my car's back bumper replaced at AutoFix. I clearly mentioned that I have accessories intalled in back bumper, and Mr. Devansh told me that they would take care of it.
When I went to pick my car up, neither back camera nor the sensors were working and I was told that back camera is damaged. They did a U-turn and said that acessories don't come under their perview. After some convincing, Mr. Devansh told me that he will order a new camera for me.
I kept following up with him for 2 weeks, I was told that it was "in transit". Mr. Devansh stopped replying after that.
I had to get the camera replaced at another store, disapponted that they were not honest about the whole thing (the camera was failry cheap, but the entire dishonesty left a bad taste).

Very bad experience and never suggest this workshop for any-kind of work.

I car was accident and decided to get it done at Autofix. The owner on Mr Vikas shown that how much they care about customers but actually it is not.

1- When I receive my car delivered it was handed over to me in dirty condition my whole interior was dirty. It should have been properly cleaned.

2- As there was paint work and it is required rubbing compound after few weeks which I had to get it done my own outside.

3- Main issue the work done on my car is peeling off and when I told Vikas Ji,  he said “Sir ye gaddi toh lagi hui hai” totally lie how can a car accident without a scratch and it was clearly looks that paint is peeling off.

4- They fit old front Nexon grill which having scratches clearly seen in picture attached and they charged for new in bill.

Very claver people he is so i recommend not to go there if you want to save your money and mainly time.

Do not recommend this place. It’s better to go the authorised service Center. Recently, I got my car fixed and I was assured all parts are genuine but after two days, the same issue happened and got to know from the ASC that all parts are local or Chinese and had to pay the same amount to get my car fixed..

I have got it checked the coils placed in my car from the Authorised service center and i had to pay again for the same parts. All the coils were duplicate or not branded. Even the QR code fake was labeled

Useless garage collaborated by Acko for vehicle damage/repair for insurance claim.. Survey was done on 15th dec and My car picked by acko on 19th dec and dropped at this centre while assured me to complete the bumper repair within 3 days as it just the change of bumper but after 5 days when i didn't received any update i got to know that they didn't received the parts and no work happened in these 5 days since the damage was only 8-9k hence owner of the garage didn't take any resposibility neither fulfilled the timelines  and will not recommend to use acko garages for any damage work. better to go company garages to get the work timely.

Very Bad experience. Estimate was 8500 but I fixed the problem in Maruti service center for Rs 2500. Autofox doing unnasssary work to increase the money
so I decided not to work here and autofox take rs 500 of estimate charges

The worst experience in servicing i have ever experienced...i went there to fix my warning indication lights i.e. engine check light, air bag light and passenger seat belt light and servicing...they were unable to fix any of them and charged  i.e 3000 approx for doing absolutely nothing about check lights...servicing was also done very casually without cross replacing the tyres and with an unfixed gear box that was struggling to shift gears....anyways good luck...gudgaon has a huge population of rich people...loot them and do nothing...enjoy

Very bad experience with PB Wheels (Autofix).

My car was picked up for Sector 16 workshop, but later they dropped it at a different workshop in Sector 61 without informing me, saying there was no slot available. Initially, they told me they would use Castrol or Motul engine oil, but at the garage they said they would use some other oil. I clearly told them not to proceed with the service.

I asked them to return my car, but the garage refused. I called PB Wheels around 8 times, but no proper action was taken.

After 4 hours, they said they were using Castrol oil and asked me to come to the garage, which was 16 km away. There was no driver to return my car, and it was raining, so it was very difficult for me.

When I reached, the car was not even washed. They said their washing system was not working. I’m not sure if the service was even done properly, but they still charged me.

Overall, it was a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend PB Wheels- autofix for car service.
