the experience with the lime tree hotel and staff and especially Mr. Mahesh ji was excellent . overall the ambiance and behavior was great .it was great staying with the lime tree hotel .

It is budget friendly, and the service is very good. If you want to stay for a short time under budget, then this is perfect.

I wants to share review about staff member of sector 57 and i was amazed his unexpected ,beautiful behaviour which was full of humanity ,kindness .I would specially like to mention his name is Mukul. ......hotel and hospitality sector me hi nahi sab jagah aisa log treat kare to swag yahi hai ho jaayega .thank you so much Mukul for your care 😍🌹

I am stay here 2 week . very comfortable place

We stayed there for 10 days  and took the 4 bedroom apartment. The apartment is new with modern amenities. However, the main problem was the staff. We had to complain for them to clean on a  daily basis. When was done, it was late afternoon and not done properly. Unfortunately we cannot refer our relatives and friends there, even if the apartment appears nearly brand new. The manager had no control of the staff and they lacked that customer care . When we effect payment with manager, all the staff stands next to you. If these problems are  remedied, it could be one of the best places to stay in Gurgaon

The staff changes a lot here and the service quality is declining and prices are rising. People dont own their commitments, they commit different price and upon show up they ask more price. Staff is not trained well. Earlier it was good and it was my first choice while visiting gurgaon for work but now, i lime tree is not worth choosing to stay.

Old staff and management was good

It was great time great room great facility great workforce.

We booked for 1 night, the room and bathroom were clean. No smell nothing, we had a meeting nearby, this was a value for money hotel.

We booked from the the Lime Tree website, it cost us 1200 per room, which was totally worth it.

It had balcony shared with another room so please check that if you are okay with it.

Will definitely book again if I have to stay in Gurgaon for a night.

Service are nice , staff are friendly must visit

My dear friends, This is worst hotel I ever seen. Manager and staff are so rude. What ever services written on website are fake. Their wifi, TV not at all working. No hot water supply, ever they don't clean room daily, when I ask them to clean the room they said they will do alternate day. No restaurant facility. Room what they have shown on website are fake. Cloth like towels, bedsheets  are  they give are sintting.  They charge much higher for such worst services. Their are many more to say. I request hotel higher authority to remove his manager emmiditly. He is worst guys I went by seeing the google review, however no i doubt the google review, most of them are fake and self written by hotel people. Please don't choose this hotel, and save your money and dont let the this people disturb your mental peace.
