I’ve been training at Box Lab for almost 2 months now, and it’s been an amazing journey. I’ve already lost around 8–9 kg, going from about 89 kg to 80 kg, which feels like a great transformation in such a short time. To be honest, I had never done boxing before, so at first I was in two minds about joining. I had so many questions—will it work, will I lose weight, can I even do it since I’ve never tried boxing? But the way the trainers break everything down made it easy to start, and the basic punches quickly got built into my muscle memory. Now it feels natural. What I genuinely love is the group class format—every session is well-structured, the patterns are smart, and it truly works across every body part. You can feel yourself getting fitter and better day by day. Also, this is hands down the most enjoyable workout I’ve done in my life—no boring stuff at all so far. Every session feels fresh and fun. A big shout-out to the trainers for constantly motivating me to show up, train regularly, and keep my morale high. The energy in the classes is top-notch, and the programming is just excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real results and a supportive environment.
