We recently hosted a get-together for 11 people and had the pleasure of hiring Chef Ravindra Pal, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. He shared the complete ingredient list well in advance and arrived right on time, which made planning completely stress-free for us. Throughout the event, he remained patient, respectful, calm, and composed — qualities that truly stood out, especially while managing multiple dishes and guest requests. What impressed us the most was his service timing and coordination. Every dish was served hot and fresh, perfectly aligned with when guests were enjoying snacks and later when lunch was served. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Veg Galawati Kababs (made from yam & kidney beans) and Dahi ke Sholey were the highlight of the entire gathering — they were literally the talk of the event! The menu included: - Veg Galawati Kabab - Dahi ke Sholey - Kadhai Paneer - Mix Veg - Laccha Paratha - Pudina Raita - Veg Pulav - Green Salad - Dessert: Moong Dal Halwa Another thing we truly appreciated was his flexibility — he patiently listened to our preferences and happily adjusted dishes as per our taste and requirements. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I recently hired a cook for our family gathering for both lunch and dinner, and I must say it was one of the best decisions. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Every dish was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The starters were especially amazing each one better than the other, and all our guests couldn’t stop praising the taste. Everything was well-managed, hygienic, and served on time. The cook was professional, polite, and handled the entire setup very smoothly. It truly made our function stress-free and memorable. Highly recommended for any family gathering or special occasion. Will definitely book again!

We recently hired Chef Ravindra Pal for a house party catering to around 20 guests, and overall, it was a good experience. The entire menu was vegetarian, and the food was well prepared and appreciated by everyone. In the starters, the Hara Bhara Kebab was flavourful and nicely cooked. For the main course, I would especially recommend the Mix Veg, Kadhai Paneer, and Malai Kofta. All three dishes were delicious, well-balanced in taste, and enjoyed by our guests. Chef Ravindra Pal arrived on time and managed the cooking as expected, which made hosting much smoother for us. The food quantity was sufficient for all our guests. The only suggestion I would like to give is to maintain a bit more cleanliness and hygiene while working. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience, and our guests genuinely appreciated the food.
