"5/5 stars! 🏢💯 Pyramid Pride Society in Sector 76, Gurgaon is a gem!  Exceptional infrastructure, top-notch connectivity, and a prime location adjacent to Dwarka expressway and NH 48 it a standout. Amenities are - greenery, Aravalli view surrounded by recently launched  luxury projects such Whiteland and DLF Parvina, upcoming RRTS corridor and is proposed station at Khirki Daula, metro connectivity at SPR, and more! A few intentional negative voices can't dim the shine. Proud residents here!

Society is on great location, good green views around. Flats are well constructed and many flats have amazing views of Aravalis. Construction nearby in upcoming socities may be a short term drawback after which this society will be even more amazing.

I’m actually surprised to see many people giving this place 3 star and above, every day power is gone for 3-4 hours minimum. The Aravali view is a scam, you can’t see it due to pollution. And the Aravali view also includes fumes from a nearby factory that pollutes the environment. The main entrance access road is the absolute worst.

One of the best Society in gurgaon to live in. This society is very close to very good hospital, gym, schools. And 2 min away from main Jaipur Highway because of which Airport is also very easily reachable. It has 24 hour security, power backup water backup, shopping comples park everything a family needs. Very clean and tidy. Happy to live here

Society is built with Mivan construction, so the structure feels strong and modern. Location is prime yet peaceful. Good connectivity to SPR and NH8. School within walking distance, which makes life very convenient.

Honest Review of Pyramid pride for working professionals specially :
1.This is one of the worst societies to live in due to frequent conflicts among residents and extremely poor management.
2.The management team is inefficient, unresponsive, and lacks accountability.
3.The treated water supplied in washrooms is of substandard quality, leading to yellow discoloration in flush tanks and a persistent foul odor.
4.Electricity supply is highly unreliable, with daily power cuts averaging 8–10 hours and, in some cases, extending beyond 16 hours.
5.Due to frequent and prolonged power outages, it is practically impossible for professionals to work from home, even for a single day.
6.The internal and surrounding roads are in very poor condition due to ongoing construction. 7.Waterlogging is a regular issue, making it difficult to walk or even reach the main road safely.
8.During waterlogging, pedestrian movement becomes almost impossible, forcing residents to depend on vehicles even for short distances.
9.Maintenance charges are excessively high and completely unjustified when compared to the poor amenities and services provided.
10.Parking is charged separately at ₹2,000 + GST, which is unreasonable.
11.Even when payment is made in cash, GST is still demanded, reflecting monopolistic and unethical practices.

Don’t be fooled by the high ratings; most positive reviews here are from owners who are either trying to sell their property or lure in new tenants. They don’t live through the daily nightmare of this place—they just collect the rent.
Here is the reality of living here:
• WFH Nightmare: Power outages last 8–10 hours daily. Unless your laptop runs on "positive thinking," you cannot work here. The management’s excuse? "The rent is low." Since when does low rent justify the absence of basic electricity?
• The "Yellow Water" Crisis: Bathroom water is literally yellow and has a foul smell. It is a health hazard that the pathetic maintenance team completely ignores.
• The Parking & GST Scam: You are charged 2k + 18% GST for an open parking spot. Even if you pay in cash, they demand GST for a spot that is constantly buried under construction dust.
• Monopolized Car Cleaning: The parking staff takes commissions from car cleaners and they don’t allow them inside. The one cleaner guy—who is rarely there and does a terrible job.
• The "Society Pool": The road outside is a permanent swamp due to poor drainage and daily water-showering for nearby construction. One small rain makes it one of the largest polls around. Your car will be filthy within minutes of leaving the gate.
• Unmanaged Safety: Stray dogs are a major issue and are not managed properly, making it unsafe to walk around. They have attacked few people already.
Bottom line: The management is unresponsive, the infrastructure is 18th-century, and the "low rent" is a trap. If you value your health, your car, and your career, look elsewhere.

Worst experience living in this society.
- Power outages for half the day, on  daily basis, Management's clueless.
- No parking, and a private parking owner's monopoly with steep charges with gst & no bills.
- Entry/exit is a hustle. Application used here is terrible, approval times are brutal.
- Residents fight over common issues everyday, killing the vibe.
- The 'road' to the society is a joke, waterlogged daily.
- Trucks block the road, commute is a daily horror.
- Constant construction noise everyday even at late night, headache is guaranteed.
- Rent's cheap compared to the nearby societies, but amenities? Forget it.
Think before you invest or looking for rental basis.

Worst ever society to live in gurgaon. There are few things which needs to be taken into consideration like power supply issue , car parking issue which is paid here with higher amount & last but not the least entry & exit in the society.

Power cuts are here for almost every day for more then 8-9 hours and management team has no clue about it. Even though nobody cares about the resident safety and security.

Kindly think about it before planning for buy or to check for rent purpose as well.

I visited pyramid prime to attend a house warming ceremony. There are many blocks of 15 floors each. On prima facie looks good. The apartment was very compact though but my judgement may be irrelevant as I am comparing it with sizes in Jaipur.

Although the view of society is good if you are facing Aravali, but not at the side of Whiteland construction. There is no parking available in society and the guy who own a private parking will charge you very high and that also the will charge GST without bill and need money in cash. The facility provider is BD which is very pathetic in compare to all other society. Very bad management by BD Facility. The environment is very toxic here. The rules and regulations keep on changing without any discussion from the residents. You have a very hard earned money do not invest in society were you will loose peace of mind due to unnecessary fights in society and also due to the construction sound which keeps coming after 10 pm also. If you want to move as a renter do not move as the tenant are seen as non resident here. The mentainence is being increased by BD without any explanation to resident on the name of common area charges.

Such a waste experience living here, unsafe roads, no lights outside of society, no proper roads.
No electricity in the society as there is power outage almost every second day that too for 6-8 hours daily, surviving summers here is something i can’t even imagine.
No management for parking, poor facilities.
Not at all recommended.

Can't give less then 1 start so just going with 1. Recurring Power cut once or twice a week and that too for 12 to 15 hrs.
Enterance road is tucked always muddy, continuous noise from surrounding construction which even not stops during night time

Prime location group housing society with all basic amenities and facilities. Affordable rents .suitable for families and educated ,sensible gentry.

Beautifully built new residential society with top-class amenities. Construction quality is very good. Some flats have Aravali views and it's located near DLF Privana, Leopard trail and Whiteland, the area is peaceful yet well-connected. Great option for families and professionals!

Blocked roads, no transportation at times, poori drainage system, and yes power cuts that is something which can't be ignored, not at all recommended.

Very good quality of construction and easily accessible society from National Highway NH8

Well constructed high rise apartments, specifically the type-As, spacious, 2BHKs, with bike parking. The infra nearby are not good like roads and connectivity, but work is in progress. After that it'll be a hotspot because of the location.
