I have never been treated this poorly in a retail store. The staff here is aggressive and the prices are extortionate. They tried to push a pair of sunglasses on me at a huge markup. When I simply asked to see the model number on the arm of the frame—standard procedure to know what you're buying—they flat-out denied my request and snatched the frames back from me like I was a thief. If you want genuine products and respect, go literally anywhere else.

I have been using specs for 25 years now and I have always been very nervous about buying new specs due to the issues in fitting of frame, quality of lenses, service of optician and what not. But this time after visiting the optical planet my nervous ness has gone away. Abhay Dwivedi ji as an exceptionally professional optician who helped me continuously till my specs were finalized. He answered every question to my satisfaction. After this I am pretty sure that I am never going to the likes of Lenskart and Titan eye. Thank you very much Abhay ji. The optical planet is a must visit shop for your all needs related to specs or sun glasses

Very genuine people, I got my glasses done a year ago and today I came to them for lenses replacement fearing increase in number. My Abhay gave me a genuine advise that my number is marginally increased and you should continue with same lense. I had budged in mind but they did not try to sell me but insisted me to continue with same lense. Very difficult to find people like them who are not business minded. Thanks Mr Abhay.

The staff is very knowledgeable and cooperative.I got my glasses made within 1 day. Phenomenal experience and highly recommend. Mr Manoj and Mr Abhay both are very polite and knowledgeable.

Oh, where to begin with this “Fake - premium” shop?

Once upon a time, we used to be loyal patrons, buying all our glasses & spectacles from here.

But lately? Well, let’s just say things have taken a spectacular nosedive! It’s almost like they’ve decided that selling flimsy frames and giving zero customer support is their new brand identity.

We bought a frame for our spectacles—yes, from here—and it didn’t even survive a few days!

When we dared to go back and show them their masterpiece, they acted like they’d never seen it before. “Our product? Never!”

Repair or replacement? Out of the question! Who knew we were buying from a shop that seems to specialize in disappearing act warranties and denial.

Fake, duplicate, or just plain lousy—this place seems to have it all.

Consider this your fair warning:  if you enjoy being duped out of your time and money, by all means, step right in. Otherwise, you might want to rethink before taking the plunge here.

Highly recommend this place for optical needs. Owner and staff are very polite and helpful. Gone there  a couple of times for minor repairs. They were quick and we didn't had to wait for even 10 mins.

Worst product & poor customers service we have ever seen, we use to buy all our lenses, Shades & Frames from this shop, apparently off late we see that his product quality & customer service is gone down drastically, they seem to be doing fraudulent activities & defrauding there customers, We recently bought frame of my daughters spectacles & it broke in few days, when we went to him to show the same, he refused to accept that the same is bought from his shop & denied any repair or replacement. Selling all fake & duplicate products in his shop. Pls don't go there, you will be duped of your valuable time & money

We purchased Mark Jacob sunglass and the service provided to us was excellent and the store has a wide variety of spectacles and sunglasses. The staff was patient and attended us very well.

Worst Experience.
First of all defective product frame given .

Then frame replaced with another different one without given choice because of glass

And that frame also damaged in just 3 months.

3000 rs in 3 months lost .

Then  no response by shop owner Mr. anil. And finally without specs ..
