Living here for 2-3 years now. The society has gracefully improved and repainted.

Only problem left is in basement but it’s a good place to stay.

I was surprised to note that the builder has done more than promise to us at the time of buying. The club looks fantastic. Sprawling green all around and beautiful amenities. The Illumination in the apartment and
ventilation is top class.

Great work Mapsko team. I hope my stay would be pleasant.

Good society it's also a mapsko group Mapsko Paradise located in Sector 83 , Gurgaon is a well-crafted township. It has a number of apartments available , Mapsko Paradise is an embodiment of grand living, so serene well laid out & structured residential premises. Located at the blue-eyed location of Gurgaon. Paradise is in the vicinity of Mapsko’s two highly ranked residential projects named- Casa bella & Royal Ville .A slightly isolated from din of the downtown, yet the project is conveniently placed just a few minute drive away. Enriching amenities within the campus provide an exalted lifestyle to the connoisseur of good living.

Such a nice place to live. Locality is very good. All towers are airy and sun light coming to all the flats.

Good society but electricity on generators. Away from traffic and pollution. Public transportation is not available. Security arrangement is very good. Shops for all types of need is available very nearby. A shopping mall is under construction very close to it. Very well maintained swimming pool but only for members. Very well maintained society with lots of greenery.

I have been staying in this society for the last 2 years. This society's maintenance is very high cost and facilities zero. During summer time daily power fault occurs full night no power DG running but you have to pay a high amount of money still in DG if AC runs every 5 min power fluctuations going on. So I recommend everyone who is looking to rent in this society don't take in this society you will be suffering in the future. When you call the maintenance office to ask the reason for the maintenance office land line receiver keep on top so no one can call.

A residential township with lots of flats.  The security is good and two three layered . Approach is also fine.

I'm staying from last 1 year in Mapsko Paradise. I felt Safe and Secure here. Management and Maintenance are also well Maintained by team JLL (Now Nimbus) in Mapsko Paradise. Residence people are good and cooperative. All in all its a good place to live with family.

Sector 83 is one of the prime locations to buy a home in Gurgaon. There are 12 residential projects in Sector 83. Some of the important landmarks near Mapsko Paradise are Genesis Hospital, Hyatt Regency Gurugram, Nakhrola Stadium, etc. With important facilities available in the vicinity, Sector 83 surely is a suitable place to call home.

Location is just awesome. Both Dwarka Expressway and NH8 are very approachable. Society has 2 gates and both on 60 meter wide road. Both Sapphire 83 and 83 Avenue high street markets are at walking distance. Also it’s really green society.

I had pathetic experience as tenant over 16 months tenure. Its lowest grade society in my understanding.
Build quality is next to poor. Amenities is for name sake.
Maintanence staff is incompetent & Manner-less.
New Cars in parking can get scratched anonimously without no camera tracking via camera or support from staff.
If you are planning on rent , just visit once G21 or DLF and compare rent and facilities.
For gym which is again for name sake you have to pay separately for each family members .
Pro Tip: Before moving in or locking it up as residence, try to grab a screenshots of society's WhatsApp groups of last 12 months and you will thank me later by reading unresolved complaints and quarrels.

Bad maintenance - Not proper water supply, too much power cuts, bad construction quality.
Builder looted buyers and RWA is also owned by relatives of builder.
This is the worst place to live in

builder is not making 100 meter road causing trouble for 100s of people everyday. construction happen in open so results in dust over roads which is very harmful for people specially with asthama. government should take action against these builders

A good society to live with your family. Flats are available for rent and for sale also.. The society includes park, Gym, Swimming pool, pool table, indoor games, society club, 24/7 guard facility . The maintainence amount does not include electricity or any other recreational activities. You have to pay seperately per month or per 6 months or per year as per your convenience. The flats available are either 2bhk or 3 bhk which includes kitchen and 3 balconies. Overall okyish society to stay in..

Flats for living at reasonable price. But construction quality is not too good. They have a swimming pool but not big much. Many people face challenges at the time of selling the flat. Rent for flat is reasonable. Flats are not too big. It is good for those who are looking to buy a flat at low price and not for a long term, only for maybe 5 years. I will not not recommend for the long term because of it's construction quality.
Now in 2019 the current price for 3 bhk flat here is around 72 lakhs and 2 bhk is around 56 lakhs. I didn't liked the club because they don't have a separate building for club. The club is inside the Tower itself at ground floor.

Mapsko Paradise has a view that is unbounded and captivating. The project offers new standards of architectural design, safety, and quality. Everyone who is seeking budget-friendly homes must check out this project.

Absolutely top-notch society. Clean environment and all the facilities are available.
