Absolutely horrible services and behaviour. The owner doesn’t know how to talk properly, just wants to mint money. Coerced us into paying extra money for basic nursing services (that we didn’t consent to) and threatened us that if we don’t pay, they won’t open the gates.

Good multi-speciality hospital. Some really good doctors out here that provide great medical services without you having to worry about a hole in your pocket.

Dr. Gaba is the second name of god.

I always remember when I seen any childern suffering with any health issue.

He never disappoint any one, such a great Doctor, I am never seen in my life.

I request with Genesis saff member to follow him and provide treatment like him and get the Blessings from patient family side....

One of worst hospital I have seen in my life.

First they will check with you is whether you have insurance or not. In case you say “Yes”. They will make you admitted to hospital for no reasons and will try to make money out of you.

They will give on giving glucose and drip. When you enquire what has happened to patient they will never tell you.

If you ask can I take my patient as I am not happy with the service. They will scare you by giving LAMA.

My recommendation is based on my own experience and my friend experience. Worst Hospital. NEVER Go there if you care for your family

Great experience with dr Geeta Agarwal and dr Bhavesh kumar Singh both are extremely professional and very cooperative they do frequently Visit and take care of patients like home you will never feel you are in hospital thanks to all nursing staff

I am coming to this hospital for last 3 years, For me ,my mother in law and this time for my daughter. Dr Manish Jha is very knowledgeable doctor and a wonderful human being, all 3 times I have seen his perfect and accurate diagnosis.Its not a very fancy hospital but much better than hospitals with very big names in gurgaon. First and foremost they don’t know what appointment means. Taking appointment and waiting for more than 30mins shows how bad processes they have right from the reception forget about treatment. And it’s a pattern with them. I’ll not recommend unless you want to wait for hours also, person at reception is all lies. I just took refund and showed to some professional hospital/doctor.

Visit this hospital sometimes as this is near to my society. Good enough for small ailments but the approach road is muddy patch which gets miserable during monsoons.

The experience in the hospital was really good.  Very effective doctors and supportive staff.

First time found the doctors who reduced the medicine of my senior citizen mother, who was taking those medicine since 30 years.

Thankful to Genesis Hospital in helping us in difficult time.

My friend was admitted in this hospital at an emergency situation. The doctors handled the situation very calmly in the middle of the night and helped him in the first aid. We got a spacious room with all facilities over there. The doctors and the nurses were there always to help us out whenever we needed. The nursing team of Shama took care of the patient with more care and with multiple visit of them with the patient, gave us a feeling of good gesture from the hospital as well.

A well equipped hospital with quick and responsive staff and doctors. The best pro for genesis is the location as there are no good hospitals in our vicinity. Dr Manish is very knowledgeable and explains the problems well with patience. The nursing staff was also efficient in their services and provided a hassle free experience during hospitalization. I highly recommend this hospital to everyone reading this.

DrJha is such a wonderful doctor. He is best at his work. Must say he is the best ortho surgeon. Genesis hospital the staff members every one is so good and helping. Mr. Naveen, Arpit and Shama were so kind. Hospital is well equipped with all the facilities. Well maintained, neat and clean hospital.

They charged fee twice in three days. I came for the first time, they gave 3days medicine. On third day I was not fully recovered, visited the hospital, the charges fee again.
This is very unfair.

Dr Manish Jha is a great human being, listen to your health issues properly and after listening he cure your illness with fewer medicines unlike others, and good thing about him is he is always polite and positive.
He treated my wife for neck pain related issue post pregnancy and she got relief post his treatment, before his treatment we saw many doctors and physiotherapist and wasted a lot money but he cured her pain with just few medicines.

Totally recommend this doctor for your orthopedic related issues
