Pathetic experience and rude staff.
Would rather suggest shopping online wherein one can utilise various discounts. This outlet charges everything on MRP and most of the time their card machine doesn’t work. Above all, staff is not at all helpful.
Would suggest not to waste time in this outlet.

I have just paid for the product. It your kindness that you have not asked for keeping the product at your store. As they asked us Amt.  for packing paper not for packing. Packing of product Is chargeable as "service" but they free for us. This is your kindness.
Worst experience ever with first.
Packing paper is name of "First Cry" and it is chargeable. Where your are doing your own product Marketing.

1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience at First Cry Store

I recently had the misfortune of shopping at this First Cry store, and I must say, it was the worst retail experience I've ever had. I purchased a dress that turned out to be defective, but when I tried to exchange it for the same item, the store refused. Instead, they forced me to either opt for a more expensive dress or keep the defective item.

The store manager, Anshu, was utterly unprofessional and lacked basic manners when dealing with customers. To make matters worse, the customer care team was unreachable, leaving me with no recourse.

I strongly advise against visiting this store and interacting with Manager Anshu. The lack of customer satisfaction and unprofessional behavior is appalling. First Cry store has lost a customer in me, and I hope others learn from my experience.
