If there would have been an option then I would have rated ZERO. :-(

Extremely bad customer service.

My RO UV filter has been damaged by the technician who has installed the product and I have been chasing their Customer care and technical Team and no one care about the Customers.

Everytime they share a different person contact number and one of the technician also told me UV filter is of no use and he has bypass the connection without the filtration process.

I have a baby in my home and without proper filteration I have to use the water now because of the Team don't want to deal with Customer complaints and they are busy in selling products.

I have requested the customer care Team to connect with senior and after 30 min of hold they disconnected my call 2 time and didn't had the courtesy to call back in both the instances.

I don't know what to do now and I have invested my hard earned money in this and sufferings just because of my wrong decision of choosing livepure.

I would never recommend this brand to anyone and also share my experience with maximum people possible.

Services are great by shubham. He is checking every details and filter and explaining what needs to replace. Had a good experience.
