Visited the society for buying a flat, but sad to see after so many of the project launch no roadway connectivity with Dwarka. 3 Builders involved Cosmos, Pareena and Lotus Elite only interested in inflating the property price with no focus on maintenance and service to residents, poor service, just interested in selling units somehow. Resident who have taken flats are now stuck with poor infrastructure and roadway connectivity with no response from builder

Hellish experience with CRM lady whose number was shared by onsite team. I called her on working day during work hours (outside of lunch hours) for clarification on some documentation. Call not picked up twice and third time (third call was after a while) she snapped in Hindi shouting as to why I am calling when she is not picking my call and cursed me ********** (can't put these words here on public platform). She was extremely rude to me even though I am an existing customers. Still unable to get this out of my head. She claims to be CRM expert and possessing skills on customer retention on her linkedIn profile. Sorry but lacks such skills. I don't know this person personally and unable to understand why she misbehaved with me with zero provocation from my end.

It is a big residential towship where three builders, Pareena, Lotus and Cosmos, in one complex have built their part of residential buildings. Approx.11 buildings/ towers upto  14th floor have been built with different specifications and sizes.  Separate passenger and service lifts are there upto top floor. Flats of 3 and 4 bedrooms are available. Approx 84 flats are there in each tower from A to K along with separate service apartments for staff, shopping complex, club house and swimming pool. Parking on the stilts and in the basement. One draw back, there is no approach road connected from Dwarka Expressway to the complex  though it is dot on Expressway. That way ideally located. nice landscaping done all round the complex. Club house is partially operational with Gym. There is lush green park inside the complex as also joy rides for the kids.

This society is wonderful! It has a lush green park, clubhouse, and plenty of space for kids to play. Perfect for families.

No road connectivity with Dwarka expressway, poor maintenance service as per feedback of residents, there are 3 builders Pareena, Cosmos and Lotus elite in one society and none of them are interested for any development for residents, they just want to sell their flats and run away from builders responsibility

Maintenance is high as compared to services offered, NO Road Connectivity, poorest road of entire dwarka expressway, builders Lotus and Cosmos who are in same society does not do any thing in  developing the society internally and externally Pareena maintenance is also NOT upto the mark

no control, no rules, power supply, rates and recharge system here  makes you cry
domestic helps are very expensive and useless
security is unreliable, youbare on your own
monkeys are rampant, occasionally snakes are seen
no connection to the main road, have to travel via a back road, the stretch is 1km and very bad condition

Poor road connectivity with Dwarka express way, not developed internally, below average club house, currently not recommended to have a residence

I visited the complex since one of our friends moved here. The complex is huge and once it is fully occupied only then will the claims of the developer regarding amenities will be judged. While we can take cabs from anywhere to this complex returning back from this complex is a challenge since most riders aren't available and you spend a long time awaiting your cab.

Pareena Express heights is like having a dream home in most expensive city like Gurgaon ! Place is growing too fast . Worth the investment.  Many huge malls coming around . And the property is beautiful enough to live a peaceful life.

Spacious apartments, surrounded by greenery, near dwarka expressway.

No basic daily needs facility( grocery shops and market) , no hospitals and schools around, no public transportation available.

All is good except the approach road from Dwarka expressway to main gate, Hopefully before yearend it gets completed so i can edit my review to 5*

It's a residential society on Dwarka expressway. Approx 200 families residing already. Good connectivity

Bang on dwarkaexpresswation location, centre of guragon and delhi, near by all school, hospitals and commercial, we can move anywhere to 5- 20 minutes drive..
