I recently tried the Bun Omelette Combo at Mr. Frank Cafe and was pleasantly surprised by their offering for those following a Paleo diet. The omelette was made with fresh, organic eggs and filled with a variety of vegetables. The bun was made from gluten-free, grain-free ingredients and had a great texture.
