I attended the first aid medical workshop today here. It was amazing and I have learnt many things that I can do and save many lives in case of many casualties before the medical team arrives.
The session was conducted by a professional Dr Rohit Binjola. The session was free of cost and was well organized under the leadership of Dr Beena Muktesh.
I am very thankful to the organization.

This is official building ,good location, good security, office for business management

Good place to open office as filling fast
As well as big parking

The property is made as a commercial complex with office on higher floors
But the roads are getting congested, offices are less lucrative and new buildings are coming with greater ambiance, look and feel, facilities etc
Good building but planning is dumb to make this running well

Cons : Even parking is charged for office bearers
Water facility is not available, only bottled water you need to buy
Canteen is not having food, except some snacks available
Metro etc options are very far

Well, as far as infrastructure is concerned, it is remarkable. Tall and beautiful building which has several office space there.
Many employees come there everyday to work in their respective offices.
In addition, they have elevators to take people to high floors. There are guards sitting at front gate and note details of every visitor. So, it is safe too.
However, canteen facility is not upto the mark there. Everyone goes outside the premises to have snacks and tea and coffee.

Building I’d good but the parking charges are too much. Ra 30 for 3 hrs and for 4 hours 70?? I read that these malls are been instructed to offer free parking space in the basement as the y for relieved in basement taxes but to my surprise they are charging really big amount for people who are working in the premises.
Really hope that some action been taken in this issue. Thank you

Tech Park in shohana Road.. In sector49 gurgaon... Its 12 Floor building.. And many MNCs are located in this park..

Great building for it companies. This building provide rented offices for your business. Every day workers cleaning this building. Very hygiene bathroom, hall's, floor's and other part of the building. This building view is so much osm and many reputed companies are having head offices here. I don't seen any minus point here everything is good and great.

The only one thing that is good here is Dmart, not a quite fan of spaze building. They should improve there building and styling

7 star commercial building on the best location of Sohna Road. Very well maintained. Very low density so the availability of lifts to reach your office is never a problem.

It is right next to the first on the Delhi Mumbai expressway - which gives seamless connectivity.

This building is much better than JMD Megapolis (which has long waiting time for lifts and parking issues)and other buildings like Spaze ITech Park (long waiting time for lifts, very crowded or Vipul Business Park ( incomplete building, rundown patchy exteriors, poor narrow entrance which does not fall on the main road)

Maintenance Agency is highly responsive and most issues can be sorted within hours.

The entrance which is bang on Sohna Road and arrayed with Palm 🌴 Trees. The drop off point which has fountains leading to the entry gate. Huge reception area houses a small cafe. All these impress the visitors even before they reach there officers. The lowest possible waiting time in lift lobby is super impressive with 6 high speed elevators serving each tower.

This is the best commercial building to establish your office if you are looking to set up one on Sohna Road.

Customers (not visitors) should not be charged for parking fee after they produce the bill/invoice (minimum₹250) of goods purchased while visit in Spazedge

Nice place.I attended a couple of meetings here.Good place and easy to notice in moving car.Good parking space and excellent security staff.You can find the space easily.it has many offices of Good companies.Some floors still vacant.Lift is available.

It is a good company.Their buildings are nice and well-made. I'm happy with their work.They maintain very good infrastructure and cleaning facilities.

A centrally located location for a shopping and office space
Located on Sona Gurgoan road  this place caters good shopping experience, the big size Big Bazaar is here to help everyone for all day today needs , nice place to do your groceries
The place is quite positive and convient
Though these days because of flyver construction in front of the building, there is some difficulty to enter the premises then too going there is quite good to feel
It's nice place to be at, gadar workshops and the coffee shop sounds good 👍

This is a good mall with retail and office space mix. The offices are almost vacant just 30% are occupied. Parking is very expensive. No big name except big bazaar

Good and if you are not a regular visitor and also go by car/bike and park in the basement then u better note down the piller no nearby your vehicle as its bit confusing there.

Good budget shopping options like big bazar and reliance trends. Poor maintenance on complexity at 10:30 they start sweeping in basement, it get full of dust. Out of 6 only one two lifts work on weekend. Seems penny picking property developer

Office building. Big bazaar and Reliance trends are the only stores here. The Big Bazaar is quite spacious. In all the Big Bazaar I have been to, this one happens to be the one with most space. The store is not very big.
As per the notice from MCG, basement parking is supposed to be free, however they charge you if you park on -1. At -2 level, which is free, Spaze has cleverly marked all parking slots as reserved. Not sure if they can do such a thing.

This place is situated in between Subhash Chowk to Badshah pur Gurgoan road. This place is in 500 meter from Subhash Chowk and 4 km from Gurgaon Bus stand and can be visited Distrct gurgaon in state of Haryana India. this place caters good shopping experience, the big size Big Bazaar is here to help everyone for all day today needs , nice place to do your groceries.
