I visited Reliance Digital  sector 86 Gurugram store to purchase a gaming laptop. The store manager Mr. Soham was very polite and provided us with multiple options to review, along with a great deal. The salesperson Mr. Satish and Gaurav was also very supportive and full of energy. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend giving it a try if you are planning to purchase any electronic item.

I recently purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital and the experience was smooth and satisfying. The staff helped me compare different models based on my requirements and budget. They explained the features clearly and allowed me to test the device before finalizing. Billing was quick, and I also got a good discount along with extended warranty options. A great place for laptop shopping — definitely recommended!

Yesterday, we visited the store to purchase two IPhones. The person we dealt with was Praveen Sharma, firstly he was highly unprofessional and offered us 4000on purchase from ICICI Credit card. Same was also mentioned in the display pictures as attached (4000 off on purchase from ICICI) with this we made up our mind to buy phones which took us almost 1 hour. At the billing counter these guys clearly denied to accept the ICICI card and ask us to get SBI card if we want further discount. Further more, their team said our old iPhones cost will not be adjusted in the new phone whereas they will gpay me the cost of old phones which was quite bizarre to us. These people are fooling around with these offers, I highly recommend not buy phones especially IPHONES from here and visit Imagine only. Mr lucky chauhan was the manager here who was also least bothered about such a pathetic customer experience.

Its a relatively new store and the has a huge space. A lot of options to look at and choose from. Got my TV and soundbar and the salesman was really helpful in explaining every aspects in detail which helped us to chose the best option for us. Best offer was provided. Really happy with the purchase.

According to me, I had gone to Reliance to buy a laptop. That laptop was costlier in Reliance according to the online price. Reliance was costing me ₹12000 more, so I did not order the laptop from there. I ordered online. It is fine. If you want to buy it on EMI, but the products are quite expensive. According to online here.

The staff at reliance digital store sec-86 ggn were very helpfull especially Anuj yadav, Rekha and Pankaj. They helped us choose the right mobile according to our needs. Got the best rates also.

What should I do?

What kind of service is this?

I have paid the full amount. Geyser was delivered next day.  But what’s the point if I can’t use it?  It’s kept packed.  Because the installation is being delayed from you guys.
