This Max Store is good for trendy and budget-friendly clothes. Store is spacious with trial rooms, but weekends get crowded and billing takes time.

A very good collection and variety of clothes and footwear. The team has maintained this outlet well and behaviour was also good. One of the famous shopping complexes near this area.

Kudos to the management team for maintaining such a welcoming atmosphere in the store. The staff's attentiveness and product knowledge really enhance the overall shopping experience

Exchange facility is very bad,

experience with cash counter staff regarding an exchange facility is very very bad. So be careful from Purchase any item from this store

I bought two sets for my son (3 t-shirts, 2 pants) — great quality and perfect for everyday use!

However, the store layout needs improvement. It’s hard to find specific items, and the display is quite confusing. More variety would also be a plus.

Loved the collection of ladies' handbags, clutches, and wallets — stylish and reasonably priced!

The kurta sets kept in stacks showed as discount from Rs. 599 onwards but on billing it was found that full mrp has been deducted and the stock has no kurta worth Rs. 599. On enquiry the explanation given was "we don't have any other name plate for the kurtas so This name plate was displayed". This is utter nonsense and a scam. I advice not to buy anything from max  wireless branch. Also some staffs are not at all helpful rather rude in their behaviour which should not be tolerated.

The billing for 2,3 pieces of clothing takes longer then the shopping, awful experience billing out even if you are the only 1 in the counter billing out.

The floor manager whose name I was told as Arjun, is completely irresponsible.  They use to shut down the Air Conditioning system in the mall making it suffocating for the customers more particularly for kids. Even when requested that the kids are having problem to breathe they have refused to turn on the AC system. I had to ultimately leave the premises without purchasing.  However the salesman were helpless as they had instructions from the owner and the floor manager not to operate the AC. Horrible experience.  Recommend not to visit more particularly with kids

The best part about this place is all the aisles have ample space to walk around, without bumping others visitors.
Good collection, reasonable price.
There are 3 cash counters but only two were running during both my last few visits. Which is an area of improvement. Unusual wait time at the cash counter, is annoying.
Sales guys are really helpful and good at what they are supposed to do.
They have their own parking space which is a great thing.
Overall, the experience was good.
Recommended.

The cash counter is on the 1st floor. So, even if you shop on the ground floor you have to scale the staircase. With no lift or escalator, it is not recommended for differently-abled persons or persons with difficulty in walking. While I have no difficulty in movement, I suggest that the cash counter in kept on the ground floor for easy accessibility for those for them it may be difficult to climb.

Also, the first time I went I was misguided by not one but more than one salesperson that the showroom keeps only clothing for men and that women's apparel is not available. I think it was towards closing time. I am still clueless on this as I enquired about it when I went there the second time in a span of a month's time.

This is one of the finest locations you can dream of the store looks awesome and gives it the premium look.There is parking facilities so car goers can easily hop in without hassle.Lots of brands available to cater all kinds of demands but when I went the stock was less and had very few options.The store  looks neat and tidy and also has a specific section for kids collection.

Had a good time over there. Specially with the service of Jintu Nath from nerim doing internship over there. He was so polite soo elegant just looking like woooowwwww!!!!!!

Worst salesperson at this max outlet (Turtle brand salesperson) dont give to touch the clothes, i guess by judging people’s appearances he decide whether to allow or not to touch the clothes.
