Worst experience ever - I stayed in delux room at Grand inn, Hanumangarh. The rooms are not worth the price at all.There is lack of room facilities like dental kit, sleepers, bath towels etc. Geeser was not working.Staff service is also very bad when I told one of the staff members about this problem he didn't try to solve it. And when I complained about this during check out the receptionist didn't acknowledge it and kept saying that there is no problem at all.His behaviour was very insensitive.
I suggest donot ever think about Grand inn.

I have been a regular visitor to Grand Inn, Hanumangarh, and it never fails to impress me and my family. We recently visited for dinner, and once again, the experience was wonderful. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it perfect for family outings. The staff is always courteous, attentive, and ensures that every guest feels comfortable.

Staff at Grand Inn are welcoming, helpful and prompt. Cleanliness and upkeep of rooms and common areas are generally good. Considering price, amenities, location and restaurant convenience — I would strongly recommend Hotel Grand Inn for families, travellers by train/bus, and business travellers.

I checked in Hotel with advance communication that I will reach there by 5 am and non-charging the full fare. In spite of my request I was charged full tarif for the extra night and also ✔️ time was mentioned incorrectly. Later when I spoke to Hotel Reception they said you should have told us while in billing and now we can not help you anymore. With such service gesture they shown me is totally disappointed and I will not recommend the Hotel for self and would argue others too for taking care of such thing properly when you made billing.

Service was very poor. Staff not cooperative.
Food quality not good.
Need to keep eye on waiters, as have doubt they are looking for theft.
Overall not good.

Worst Experience - Visited with family for dinner, but staff behaviour is very rude. If you looking for good restaurant, donot ever think about Grand Inn.... Pathetic service.

I stayed in the twin bed room at Grand Inn, Hanumangarh, and overall, everything was up to the mark — clean room, comfortable beds, and a pleasant stay. The location is decent, and the staff was polite and helpful. They can improve a bit by providing basic amenities like a dental kit, shaving kit, disposable bathroom slippers, and adding a few more in-room facilities. A good option for a short stay in the area

Worst service ever. The staff is not helpful at all. You have to request them so many times for one thing. Overall the worst experience

This was an absolute surprise. I was attending a marriage and the hosts had booked rooms here. I went there, expecting nothing much at all. But from facade itself started getting good vibes. The staff was welcoming, nice clean rooms. The washrooms have pressurized water - that's something. The restaurant for breakfast gave me another wow moment. I have given 5 stars in context of the hotel being in Hanumangarh etc, but frankly I wouldn't be able to find any faults. Will surely land up here again some day

We attended a wedding there at night and had a good experience

We went for only dinner....snacks,chineese. Indian main course all were superb..... sweet Malai kofta was also a unique taste..... everyone must go for food..... service is also good and quick

Stayed here for some official trip for 3 nights.  The rooms are big and nice. The location is central and the restaurant served excellent food. Definitely recommended

My family take dinner on 06.09.2024 after refusing the advice of friends about bad taste of food and get the same result. The food items were not tasty as always excluding starters/snacks . Including this the AC duct/ Cooling system also get failed/Not sufficient for the crowd gathered. Innocent peoples....

Although Property is Well Maintained and Located in Good Location, the Service is Very Sluggish Specially Restaurant Staff Needs Grooming. Their Suite Room Needs More Improvising/Amenities. Overall, There's More air to Improve!

Overall good but , some staff member doing misbehave , they should do respect and drivers rooms are not well not clean so i hope they are doing concern about it .

This is comfortable place. Breakfast was fantastic. Bhagat Singh Chowk near to this hotel is good place to have local food. One can enjoy the evening walk safely.

3 star Hotel in Hanumangarh Junction
Location of the hotel is on the road from Hanumangarh Town to Hanangarh Junction area

The Rooms are neat, clean, with hygienic washrooms, sanitised bedsheets and of decent size

The hotel serves every variety of North Indian Food, which is very well made

The service can be improved somehwhat

Also the Parking area is only enough for 5 6 cars at at time
