They had a great dell laptop but were not good at customer service. They have original parts of dell but are not good at fitting I went through there for my screen change and everything was fine and after some days my hard disk got crashed and the service guy also said that your keyboard is also not working. I don't know they had signed everywhere on the laptop but just thinking they take our important laptop not nicely. My laptop just passed 3 years old expired the warranty and they were saying everything is not alright whether keyboard, hard disk and now some internal voice is coming out from my laptop.

AND the most important part is they don't respect customers when I replaced the hard disk from there they asked me for Rs. 4700
I gave them 5000 and they don't have Rs. 300 change even and discussing with a service guy that takeout the hard disk because I was busy on my meeting that time and I'm unable to go down and ask for change. Just that they waited for me 30 mins with an uncomfortable voice.

Worst Dell exclusive store you can find in haridwar.Gave my laptop for the service and they broke the screen saying there was some problem and that's why the screen broke.Replaced the screen after 7 days.And the original issue regarding was never solved.Worst after sale sevices.The just talk sweetly ,don't trust them with your valuable laptops.

The service given by Dell Exclusive Store is very good and satisfactory. I have been cheated by the shop running by the name Tyagi Computer World of the same area last year due to lack of knowledge regarding the authentic shop. Hence I advise every one to look for the correct one in Internet and then go for the work. The great cheaters are all around you in Haridwar.

Just like any other laptop store, I don't think you can add anything to it but they don't have all the laptops Dell can offer, there are online only versions but they didn't offer the store versions of a lot of laptops.

Great support provided by Dell store ,most authentic palce in haridwar to buy original Dell Products at good price . I have 3 Dell laptop Laptop using since 2014 to till now, all laptop working good.

Worse place ever, I bought 2 dell touch screen laptops, and got warranty extention for 2 years, since I bought the laptop it is having issues, stipid rude owner and technicians who don't have any manners didn't even do my extention for one laptop, and when I gave my laptop for repairing, It got broke by them. Its been 3 months and they are still making excuses, don't go there ever
