We visited the Airtel store at Ranipur Mode Haridwar and services I have received at the store has been outstanding. Simran Mittal assisted me and helped resolved the issue . Great service. She has been exceptionally good in explaining the process and its execution. Would recommend her for great service reward if you have any system in Airtel.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at the Airtel Store, Shop No. G-5, Kumar Complex, Opp. V Mart, Ranipur Mod, Haridwar.
A special thanks to the store in-charge, Ms. Yogeeta, for her prompt support and professional approach. She handled my SIM replacement request efficiently and completed the entire process in a very short time. Her polite behavior, clear communication, and willingness to help truly made the experience smooth and hassle-free.

I had an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience at the Airtel store, Ranipur More. My husband and I visited the store to get a new WiFi connection for our home and purchase a prepaid eSIM. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

Firstly, the store manager's behavior was appalling. She was rude, unprofessional, and even made fun of me in front of other customers, which was humiliating. The staff lacked basic courtesy and professionalism, and it was clear they had no idea how to handle customers respectfully.

Secondly, the services promised at the time of purchase were not delivered on time. It took over 15 days just to activate the eSIM and more than 20 days to get the WiFi connection installed at our residence. Despite multiple follow-ups, they refused to answer our calls and barely provided any assistance.

I had to revisit the store several times for simple issues because of their lack of cooperation and inefficiency. Their false promises and unwillingness to take responsibility for their services made the experience even worse.

The overall service, professionalism, and behavior of the staff were pathetic. I am sharing a video of the store manager's rude behavior as evidence of how poorly they treat their customers.

Avoid this store if you value your time and peace of mind. Airtel needs to seriously address the conduct and service quality at this location.

I met Simran at Airtel store and she was warm and very helpful.
She showed swift action and solved my Sim issue on prompt basis

This store has given me the worst experience ever.  None of the staff is picking up my calls, and no one is responding to my concerns. It’s been four or five days since I set up my new Wi-Fi connection, but no installation has been done yet. Even after multiple calls, the issue hasn’t been resolved.

Ms. Simran mittal at ranipur store is customer friendly, have an eye to detail and very efficient.

Not happy with the service of airtel from last one week I am going there to resolve my issue but store manager is very lazy,lack of knowledge and not willing to help customers...this is how the treat premium postpaid customer... please don't go for Airtel as a service provider must chose some other operators

Poor store, worst service,lazy staff, lack of staff. Have been waiting from last an hour now. Needed to get an E Sim which is a 5 minutes thing but not a single staff is concerned. Now would prefer to port to Jio or Vi rather.

Airtel is fraud there coustomer care service is also so bad and there service centre employees also so rude they didn't hear my problem carefully and acted like we customer are burden on them .My wifi didn't work from last 20 days and airtel costomer care didn't resolve this problem and mislead me after sending SMS of your problem has been resolved but in reality I'm facing the same problem customer care said that the engineer would came to your location to check the setup and after so many days a engineer came and tell us that there's a problem in reciever this part has to be changed and I'm coming back tomorrow with the replacement part but he wouldn't came back then I again raise the problem after so many calls to the customer care they replied with the same answer yes your complaint is still open and we work on your complaint but in reality there's no update on my complaint I registered a complaint on 12/9/2025 but it's been 3 days now they still have the same answer to me that yes engineer will came to check the setup but there's no engineer is come in 3 days is airtel engineer is coming from a foreign country . Airtel is fraud and if my complaint isn't resolved today then  I file a case on Airtel in consumer court .

I strongly advise against opting for an Airtel postpaid connection. Their customer service is extremely disappointing, as they seem capable only of activating services, not deactivating or modifying them. The staff at their service centers are often preoccupied with personal matters, leaving customers waiting for long periods. Despite numerous attempts over the past six months, Airtel has failed to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid. I urge everyone to avoid Airtel's services due to their inefficiency and lack of customer care.

I recently visited the Airtel store ranipur more, and I am delighted to share my positive experience provided by miss divya, She is such a jolly and kind hearted girl. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by her with warm smiles and she provide exceptional customer service.
The staff Miss Divya went above and beyond to understand my needs and requirements. She patiently listened to my concerns and provided me with the best solutions and offers available. Her expertise and knowledge were evident, and I felt confident in the choices she recommended.
