"I am writing to express my frustration regarding the parking management at your facility. After parking my vehicle correctly, I returned to find my exit blocked by another car parked improperly across the entrance.
When I approached the security guard, he was unable to provide any assistance or identify the driver. I was forced to wait for 45 minutes before the owner—a customer of Max’s—finally moved the vehicle. Although there are security cameras monitoring the area, no effort was made to use them to resolve the situation quickly. This lack of accountability and professional oversight is unacceptable."

Overall staff is good. But as old people Said One fish spoils the whole pond. This is the reason they got this.

Good place for family dressing with affordable price and perfect size.

Max Stores is a reliable option for affordable clothing. Although the variety of garments is not extensive, the store manages to offer a decent selection that appeals to different tastes. It’s a good choice for everyday wear shopping on a budget.

Max service is very poor and not responsible in customer problem

The mall had a great variety of shops and eateries, providing a diverse shopping and dining experience. The layout was easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I found parking to be a bit challenging due to limited space. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and I would definitely return.

Good showroom with pathetic services..  No control over underground parking.. You may stuck at parking for unlimited hours.. If you are having car, don't even think to go this place.. staff don't know how to act in case of any person stuck..

Max is opposite to Khanna Nagar petrol pump on the way between Shankar Ashram and Prem Nagar Ashram, Haridwar.
Good place to shop for apparels (Male, female, Kids).
Kids and Male section are better.

Best shopping mall with maintaining all covid protocol - contact less dealing. Staff are cooperative. We have purchase lots of items and Vaishali was there to guide. To gain our satisfaction  they have also gifted us . Nice service... 😊

When you are for a outing so you expect a good mall to buy your staff... Max mall perfect place to buy in a contact less surrounding who are maintaining covid safety rules properly. Staff are polite and service was good... As we have buy lot they have gifted us also... Vaishali has guide us to get Wright staff.

I like this place. Here you can get variety of cloths for men, women and kids.
Prices are  reasonable. Stuff quality is good.
If you really want to by something to wear, this place will not disappoint you.
Some sections have discount too.

I live in Delhi. I was looking for the shoes, then I thought about the Max.
Stuffs are according to the City. Not like Metro City.
A very few type of shoes.
Rest, ambience was good.
Located on main road. No need to search it in  streets.

This paint purchase is in max brand petar England Rs. 1200 in offer but fully bad color singal wash ..

Good infrastructure and cleanness. Collection is good but not enough for selection. Price is also very high compare to others.

I like it.   But there service is bad  . Parking is available  for car and  bike.  It air conditionedand there clothes is very good quality and at cheap rates
