I had a very unpleasant experience at this textile shop. We visited last month and were looking at sarees. Although we initially selected one, we later decided not to buy it. When we informed the salesperson, he shouted at us and behaved very rudely.
It seems that if customers enter this shop and do not buy anything, they are treated badly. Many people have complained about this issue. I would not recommend this shop unless the staff behaviour improves.

Your showroom has such a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The interiors are beautifully designed, and the arrangement makes browsing through the collection very easy and enjoyable. I must especially appreciate your clothing collection – the designs are trendy, the quality is excellent, and the variety ensures that there’s something for everyone. It really reflects your eye for style and attention.

Very disappointed with Kumar Textile.

I bought a men’s dress (Shirt & Pants) here, and the quality was very poor — the fabric lost color and shape after just one wash. On top of that, they overcharged compared to similar stores.

When I raised the issue, the staff were rude and arrogant.
Totally not worth the money. I won’t recommend this shop to anyone looking for good quality or honest pricing.

I had a very bad experience at this shop. I bought a sweater earlier and wanted to exchange it the next day, but they refused, saying no return or replacement. Today, when I visited again, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. He took a dress for price verification, delayed billing, and didn’t inform us about the issue. When asked, he arrogantly said he was “thinking of the right price.” Such behavior is unacceptable. I’ve decided not to visit or recommend this shop again.

Visited Kumar textiles in hosur on Sunday. A beautiful building, clean, neat and good collection of clothes.  Once of the premium stores in town. Recommend all at hosur to make use of this.  Special thanks to Mr. Ram Kumar for good service too. They are in business for more than 4 decades now,  very honest and Dedicated to provide good service.

Staff are very rude and unpleasant.

I bought a cotton tops that was overly priced, and when I found it torn, they refused to return or exchange it.
They couldn’t even give a proper explanation and spoke disrespectfully. Very poor quality products and bad service.

I recently bought a designer blouse piece of 1 metre but I asked for 1 and 1/2 metre but they told they can't cut 1/2 metre in that so I agreed and paid for 1 metre and took the blouse when I visit the tailor shop for stitching he confirmed that the blouse is only 90cm and I returned to shop and confronted them about the issue they are not even ready to accept the mistake and not even a sorry one old man is there he is short and fair he did that purposefully he is cheating the customers and talking rudely.
It's not about the money it's about the trust what we build on them from past 10 years they totally lost our family customer s we are not going to visit that shop never again.
Actually we forget every time that so many laws is their to protect customers I had the bill copy at home I would have been complaint  in consumer court instead of complain in shop and took my money back
I thought well known persons, mistakes may happen some times after all we are human beings but no he deserves punishment. He is behaving like as if he is giving for free of cost
Don't believe them if anyone bought anything please make sure they measure in front of you because "nambunathan emathamudium"

The sales staff are very rude to the customers we bought 3 dress for 6500... They are not ready to show the dresses for customers... We thought of exchanging one dress so we went to exchange that time the sales girl is very very arrogant... And shop owner is discussed with sales girl about the dress and charged 500 extra for exchanged dress... No discount for exchanged dress... Totally unsatisfied and waste of time there

I recently visited the shop and was beyond impressed with my experience! Worst shop ever i saw.6 months back i bought 1 set of  dress(cost above 2000), saree(cost above 2000) & some pants. saree & dress fully colour faded & pants stitches all removed feeling like second hand clothes shop

Today i visited this shop and had bad experience.
We selected one dress and sent for billing.  The person who was in cash counter was inspecting the product and took it inside to check with salesgirls that whether it is a right price.
They too confirmed the same. Again, he searched similar product to ensure the rate. He couldn't find any. He might be expecting 50 to 100 rupees extra than actual price.
He came back to cash counter and didnt tell anything to us. He started billing for others. After few mins, i asked him what the problem is. He said that the price is not justifiable.
"I am thinking what could be the price i can quote". I expressed my dissatisfaction, because he should have informed the customer that he had an issue with price tag.
Also since he couldnt find the similar product, at least he could have informed to the customer (me) about the status. He was very rude in the way he behaves to the customer.
After i expressed my dissatisfaction also, he was not in the position to talk in the right manner. He talked again rudely that "i am still thinking what to do, you asked before that"
i decided not to go to this shop again also will not recommend to any of my friends and relatives. He could have asked the revised rate than behaving such an irresponsible way.

Best family store in hosur, has wide range of varieties and designs to choose from and the quality stands on point with reasonable prices. Must visit store if you are looking for exclusive sarees in hosur!
