Incompetent staff. An authorised Samsung service centre needs to do more troubleshooting than Vol Down+Power  button press. That's the first thing anyone does at home to recover. A service centre is expected to be able to go the next step. They just did that and said "Na ho paega" !!!
I spoke to the person before coming about the issue, and after asking me to come all the way to the shop they knew no more!!!

I brought one plus 15R from their store today first they try to gaslight me that croma is not reliable blah blah they are using card to give you offer don't use credit card and all and after I didn't accept it they match the price after 1 hr harrassing me and another 30 min bringing the product and on top of that they were lying me continuously that it will take 10 to 15 min everytime I was asking how much time will it take the experience was absolutely bad and on top of that they didn't give me any free gift which croma and reliance digital was giving avoid at all cost this store the people and the staff will gaslight you into buying their oppo vivo phones I don't have a grudge against oppo vivo it's just that what customer want you should respect it rather than gaslighting so this is my experience I will never visit any of their store ever again.

To say that i had a nightmarish experience would be an understatement. First of all,i had a different preference in terms of the brand and model yet they gaslighted me into buying from a brand that was never upto my expectations.  And they did so only because they didn't have sufficient stocks. Two months from the date of purchase,the battery swelled up to twice it's size and they didn't make any efforts to address my problem..they straight up tried to push the blame onto me and when i rebuked they tried labelling it as manufacturing defect. The service was of such poor quality.. would never ever recommend buying from their store
