Very bad service from the staff. As your number and medicine purchase is in their database, they would frequently call you and ask if their is any requirement for these medicines. I ordered few medicine and baby milk via whatsapp number from which I got enquiry calls earlier. The number belongs to a lady and she was on leave so I asked her to share pharmacy number where I could place my order. To this she asked me to send the medicine list to her and she would forward it to her colleague currently available in the pharmacy. I placed my order around 8 pm and she confirmed that the order has been placed and some one from the pharmacy would call me, after waiting for 1 hour and no calls received I tried calling her but she didn't answer my phone nor did she reply to my text msg. At 10:30 pm a guy from the pharmacy calls me and says that they can't deliver the medicine and milk powder today. When I countered him as why they didn't inform me earlier as by now all near by pharmacy is closed, he started saying why I sent the order on her number instead of pharmacy number.

This is really insane, why are they calling customer using their personal number...! And even after asking for pharmacy number, she didn't provide the number and insisted to share the order to her.

PATHETIC SERVICE and NO UNDERSTANDING of customer URGENCY 😡

NEVER ORDER from them if you need medicine urgently 🙏

Nice experience. Their behaviour is so good also they are very helpful to their customers. All kinds of newly launched medicines are available here. They also offer home delivery.

The lady working there doesn't gives bill and tend to take more money and accepts cash for the things.
I will suggest appollo to remove her as an employee as it's effects customer believes in a company.

A place where you have to pay for your own vaccine and your own insult, I'd rather stand in line for hours than to visit this place again......the lady who is incharge here, she sits inside where vaccination is going on and she is too fude and doesn't know how to talk and behave. The authority should take care of these kinda people who think she is the supreme authority to tell everyone whatever she wants and behave badly to the people who is here for vaccination, and provokes everyone to do whatever she wants like "people have to stand outside and she has some rules that have to be maintained. I'll request people not to visit here anymore, you pay and you get the vaccine....WHY PAY FOR YOUR OWN INSULT!!!!!!

Good store, nice behaviour however you may not get all required medicines at a single time however they may deliver it to your home once it becomes available.

The process of billing is a bit slow sometimes but it's okay. The pharmacists are very cooperative and helpful.
