Highly recommended from my side.Hair expert Ram is highly recommended from Howrah BRANCH, we (me , my husband, my boy , my mom ) are satisfied with his all hair services, he is such knowledgeable person, quiet, polite and nice behaviour and his assistant Sujoy is also nice person well behaved. He is expert in hair massage, pedicure and very much obedient. Jhumadi and Pinky are nice person from Howrah Branch. We felt very much comfortable with them when we are taking services in regular basis. Jhumadi and Pinky is also expert in their own area like facial massage and others and they are very much helpful , Pinky’s massage process is wow and expert in facial, massage , Jhumadi also very much expert in massage in facial and manicure & pedicure and guide us about current offers and retails products like shampoo conditioner as we are not able to follow Swarnali’s live sessions due to work pressures.So we are very much satisfied with Step up Howrah Branch Services.

My all time favourite salon...I have done my every hair care from here..I am staying in bhubaneswar but still I must visit here for my hair service..I blindly trust them..my son also cut hair from here..

I went at Step Up for silk treatment on 4th march 2023. When Mr Kishan ironing my hair I repeatedly say him that my ear is burning. But he said it’s not burning it’s only some vapors. Next day my ear condition was horrible and I also complained to their but Mr Kishan refused. He knew every thing about my ear and all of in saloon who was there at that time they also knew about this accident. I attached my photo. Thank you🙏

Very childish staff, especially the one who wears handkerchief on his head. I got hair spa done from here on 15th Dec, some lady did it, everything was fine it but at the time of blow-dry they handed it to some staff who I suppose was new, bcoz I saw him cleaning the floor n all, he didn't even know how to hold a dryer and when I said its hurting, he said its done like that only. He was doing it for the first time, I was not getting it done for the first time. They should not make someone new try on clients, we are not models.

I visited step up today for a new haircut and beard, the hairdresser Kishan was extremely friendly and well behaved, he's such a professional.
The other staffs were very helpful too.
Would recommend 10/10.

I went to step up howrah for eye brow threading and my husband got a hair cut. The service was really great. The behavior of the staffs was nice. Would definitely recommend.

I would like to advice that don't be trapped with their offer advertisement online.
They will misguide with numerous offers before you visit and when you reach them all offers will be changed and they will dictate that the offer is for limited time.
And charge more than 50 percent of the offer price.
E.g. if you were getting the same service @1500 they will misguide you with different marketing techniques and loot 3500 from you.
And a day later they again advertise of the offers.
It's my suggestion never visit this fake parlour with staff misguide customers.

That was amezing experience
Pedicure manicure service was excellent. Shahid who provided service  ,is a super boy and his behaviour and job are extremely good .
And Rai is also very cooperative
I visit again very soon .

Beautiful experience, all staffs are very well behaved and too much caring. I took smoothening service and it was done by Naaz mam. She is sooo good, friendly and beautifully trained, just loved it..  thank you Set up.

Service good but some service needs improvement.Sujata is very polite bt needs to improve her technique in facial.Also request not to charge extra some service like hand waxing without underarms and facial without back massage
