Pathetic service, lodge looks okayosh from outside but after settling you will find all sort of issue...intermittent electricity supply,no water and soap in washroom,dirty washroom.
And specially the caretaker guy was so arrogant and stupid that once after taking the payment 1700 he did not care when we were facing all above issues.
Room was also not cleaned .just bedding was done.
Not recommended but because the location is in nh44 bypasser have no other option then to spend overnight here.

Not happy with the experience. Had to pay full price for 6 hours as the staff was not cooperative and didn't agree for early check-in so that we will get a reasonable stay duration. ACs are working and Room & Bathroom cleanliness is average as they require minor maintenance.The bed linen provided was dirty with various kinds of stains on it. We had received fresh bed linen and pillow covers  on request but there was no staff to change them.Overall - This place is pricier for what they offer and has the potential to be good if it improves on staff behaviour and maintenance of rooms.

When we asked for extra bed, they gave it without a bedsheet and told that they don't have an extra bedsheet. When we asked again, they gave it. Hot water was not coming as the geyser of our room wasn't working. They got it repaired, but still it didn't work. When we arrived, they told that they have cleaned the room, but the bathroom was dirty. The only good thing about this hotel is that they have smart TVs and the location is nice and quiet.

No safety in washrooms. The big ventilation hole is connected to the next room wash rooms.  No Hot water..
No locks for the main door.

I had a terrible experience. Despite having booked online, upon arrival, the lodge staff refused to acknowledge our reservation. My family and I were left waiting outside for over an hour, and even after pleading with them, the owner demanded extra money for the rooms. It's incredibly unprofessional and deceitful to not honor an online booking. Would strongly advise against staying here.

Money minded people, not ideal for family, probably good for bachelor's. They charge more than what they display in Oyo or Booking, can negotiate and reduce, manager is reasonable, other staffs are not so helpful.location is on road so easy to find the property.

Bro good place. Very spacious bathroom. Water is in the consistency of liquid. People are behaving like a human being.

This is like a one hour stand for young couples. Not a good place to stay for sophisticated. They don’t wash their sheets and none of their AC works. Sad part is there is no good place nearby. This area definitely needs a good hotel.

They don't accept online booking and tell us to raise a complaint to MMT/OYO through which it was booked.
They denied check-in despite travelling for almost 600kms that too after scheduled check-in time. Our family was left stranded there searching for alternatives.
They don't have bare minimum courtesy to delist themselves from their previously tied-up portals than telling the customers to raise complaints.

Please contact them directly than booking it online.

I booked a room in High Rise Hotel , Chevalla for a day. I booked the room for Rs. 493 as per OYO. I paid advance amount of Rs. 124 and remaining amount during check-in but when i arrived at the hotel, receptionist said that i can't give a room for this price (Rs. 493). I had to wait with family and kids outside for an hour, asking OYO support team to contact High Rise hotel manager, but they never contacted hotel manager and i had to pay Rs. 1400 for a delux room (which is a terrible joke). I don't understand why charging less during online booking and asking high prices during room check-in. OYO doesn't have control over their hotels or just fraudulent games being played. I would never recommend OYO and its related hotels. This particular High Rise Hotel in Chevalla is a big NO.

Most pathetic and hopeless never ever book here they won't give you room for online booking and cancel or refund you. We wr forced to call police when police was ready to book him for his act then he pleaded n refunded money. They don't have tie-up with Oyo. It's like complete harrasment when u reach here after journey and they denied booking and start abusing you.

good hotel and The location is very far from city almost 25 km from Hyderabad City but It is near to Moinabad and Himayat nagar in NH 163 to Vikrabad... The hotel has WIFI Facility but no TV Connection

This place is very nice and clean to stay and friendly budget and we have very good places to visit near to this hotel like lotus temple and Chilkur Balaji temple and friendly staff

The staff and the rooms are so good. Budget friendly rooms and good ambience. Nearby places are worth to visit mainly the best place to visit is Chilkur  Balaji temple

Very poor service....they charge for extra money if you book from Oyo ...the staffs are very rude and uncooperative

Just 5-10min from TSPA ORR exit.
