Very poor experience. The curtains were stitched to the wrong dimensions, and now the person we dealt with is unable to confirm the measurements because he has misplaced the diary where he noted them down. Instead of offering a solution, we’ve been given daily excuses. It has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I regret visiting this shop

Bad after sale service, they don’t respond to calls or messages after full payment is received. I have recently purchased curtains and response / service was good only until full payment is paid. Post the payments are done they don’t care about customers calling even 100 times. Would never purchase any products from this place in the future.
