I had a wonderful 11-night stay at Treebo Destination Inn in Hyderabad. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional — always ready to assist with any requests.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long stay. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining cleanliness every day, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The location is excellent — peaceful yet close to restaurants, shops, and major city spots. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, it’s a very convenient base in Hyderabad.

Our experience with treebo destination in was awesome. Perfect location , very well centrally connected and there are restaurents and malls nearby. Service was great by staff. From morning breakfast until midnight staff was approachable and helping. Rooms are reasonable as per price but missing small necessary things which can be improved - hand towel stand, door handle inside bathroom, bathroom door hook etc.

We really enjoyed our six days and five nights stay from 27 to 31 Dec. 2024, at hotel Destination Inn. We booked a spacious Superior Double Room through Booking.com. The property is conveniently located in a posh area of Banjara Hills, near Nagarjuna Circle, Hyderabad-34. This hotel is really clean, fully air conditioned, and with free WiFi service among other amenities. GVK One Shopping Mall, Meridian Restaurant, and Jalagam Vengala Rao Park are just 10 minutes walk away from here. Both the reception and service staff were helpful with all our queries and their response was spontaneous. Complimentary breakfast was abundant and delicious. This property is something really beyond our expectations and we would love to thank everyone for making our family holiday trip so special.

This is one of the best budget friendly hotels that is in a great location within the city, close to many malls, restaurants and other tourist places like Hussain Sagar, Jala Vihar, Birla Mandir, Science Museum & Planetarium, Jagannath Temple etc. They have rooms in the 3rd and 4th floors of the building that are accessible by an elevator and stairs. The rooms and the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. Some Rooms facing the road had a great view of Banjara Hills. The Manager - Mr. Salim was extremely polite, well mannered and very helpful.

Spacious room, good view, easy to reach. Not sure about parking. Near to Chillies and other restaurants. Near to Punjagutta metro station. The rooms are generally full so don't expect an immediate early check-in and if the check-in is after 10, it's complementary without any extra charge. It was quite and peaceful with good view.

Upon entering the hotel room, one of the first things I noticed was the immaculate cleanliness. It was evident that the housekeeping team took great care in maintaining the room's hygiene, ensuring a welcoming ambiance for guests.

One of the room's commendable features was the provision of amenities. The inclusion of an iron box was a thoughtful touch for business travelers or those attending events. Additionally, the dental kits provided saved me a trip to the local store, emphasizing the hotel's consideration for guests' basic needs. The soap had a pleasant fragrance and seemed of good quality, showing attention to detail in even the smaller amenities.

In today's digital age, the availability of free WiFi is almost a necessity, and I was pleased to find a strong and consistent connection throughout my stay. This was perfect for my work requirements and leisure browsing.

What stood out exceptionally was the presence of 10 power sockets in the room. It's rare to find hotel rooms that understand the modern traveler's electronic needs so well. Whether it was my mobile, laptop, power bank, or smartwatch, I never had to prioritize one device over another for charging. The positioning of these sockets also seemed to be well thought out, allowing for convenience.

The room's design incorporated two-way switches for both the fan and light. This is an often-overlooked feature that adds greatly to the convenience, especially when one is in bed and wants to control the room's lighting or fan speed without having to get up.

However, my stay was not without its minor hiccups. A significant issue I faced was the malfunctioning of the A/C unit during the night. The room became uncomfortably warm, and upon inquiry, I was informed that the stabilizers were experiencing low voltage. While such technical glitches can occur, it did disrupt my sleep and was a blemish on an otherwise comfortable stay.

In Conclusion:
The hotel room excels in providing thoughtful amenities and understanding the needs of a modern traveler. While cleanliness and utility are its strong points, the management needs to ensure that essential features like the A/C are consistently functional, especially during the night when guests are resting. Despite this hiccup, I found the room to be well-equipped and would consider staying again, hoping that the minor issues are addressed.

Stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable and the location is excellent, with easy access to nearby city attractions. Parking was a bit challenging but still manageable.

However, there are some areas that need improvement. Even though the booking was for 3 people (including a child), only one towel, one tea cup, and one glass were provided initially. Additional items were given only after requesting. The shower gel was empty at check-in and had to be refilled after informing the staff — these basic checks should ideally be done before guest arrival.

The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Very limited options, poor taste, no tea or coffee provided, and muesli was served without milk. Overall, a decent stay mainly due to room comfort and location, but breakfast and attention to amenities need serious improvement.

Rooms: The regular room we had booked was pretty big with a king size bed. The AC geyser fans etc were working fine and everything provided was pretty clean.

Food: The complimentary breakfast was served in a dining area in basement which was so shady. The food. was brought from some random stalls outside and poured directly in the containers to consume. there was no kitchen to even heat the food. Most of the food was over by 9 even though the breakfast was supposed to be served till 10. Some things didn't get refilled even after requesting.

Safety: It's on a main road in jubilee hills. The area is pretty safe. The reception was on at night as well.

Service: Initially we were going to be two people only but when we told them that one more friend was going to accompany us, they promptly completed the check-in for her even so late at night and immediately arranged for an extra mattress. Extra water etc whatever we ordered was brought in quickly.

Service was good. Location is awesome, walkable distance from Panjagutta metro station. We chose this also because it is a 10mins drive from the Hussain Sagar Lake, so that we can visit the lake in the mornings.

The breakfast was okayish. But the place of serving breakfast, was in the basement, at the corner of the garage. It had very less space.

The building is old, with old manually closed/opened lifts. Lift won't come up if previous passenger forgot to close it at a different floor.

Worst experience i had in this hotel, rooms are not cleaned, most  of the things are damaged. Service people are are doing cleaning just for formalities. No serious actions were taken. We have booked this hotel earlier (had good experience and gave a 5 star rating on Google for that time) and this was my 2nd booking but the experience was not that great. We booked the hotel for 3 days (around 13th Feb) and wanted to do late checkout as our flight was at 6 pm.
Even after multiple requests to accommodate late checkout (2 hrs more), we were told that the room is booked for next guest and other rooms are not available.

We offered to pay for the extra hours but the hotel managers couldn't arrange alternate room just for couple of hours.

We went out and came back to hotel after 3 hrs to collect the luggage & wanted to use restroom. They gave us the same room keys (where we stayed) to use the restroom. We noticed that neither the room was occupied by any guest nor it was cleaned (ready to occupy for next guest). This was shocking, though after multiple requests neither the room was given to us nor it was occupied.

I didn't expect such experience from Treebo which is renowned for its hospitality.
I hope you accomodate request from customers who come with lot of trust and hope trusting your services.

Rooms are great no doubt the, the breakfast they give is really bad, they don't even taste it before serving it to the guests.
Everyday they will serve idli the hygiene  is at toss the tables will be dirty, there will be fruit flies all over the food. You can find hair strands on every table. I found a hair in idly too. On the name of onion dosa what they did was made a plain dosa and threw raw onions inside the dosa. The place where they serve the breakfast stinks like a urinal.
The location of the hotel is such that if you go out you will find nothing to eat or drink. Not even tea. They do not have dinner or in-house menu for dinner hence you have to totally  rely on swiggy and zomato. It's just the room I stayed was good, spacious and had a nice view. The entire night ac did not work when complained they said bcoz of overuse it got shut down and it will be on after 10 to 15 minutes which did not happen and their fans are way too noisy that you won't be able to sleep at all.

This is a very unhygienic place and not suitable for families or children. The rooms and corridors are poorly maintained and not cleaned regularly. Waste is often left on the staircases and outside the rooms.

The service staff shows rude attitude towards guests. During breakfast service, staff members serve themselves first before attending to guests. Food hygiene is a serious issue—utensils are not kept clean, and the same staff member who cleans or mops the floors is seen refilling food items without washing their hands.

Overall, the hygiene standards and service are unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling with family.

Had my worst experience here. The receptionist is not at all helpful. Worst breakfast served washrooms were very dirty and when asked to clean they just splashed water on the floor and left it .stinky smell in room and washroom .given used bedsheets and pillow covers with stains .staff and receptionist not at all helpful and just one bottle given at the room . If you visit for IBS admission take rooms near the campus itself this hotel is 40kms far from the actual ibs campus. Had my Worst experience with this hotel.

Editing my rating from 4.5 to 1 star. I've been to this atleast 6-7 times now. And every time the service level has gone down. From room cleanliness to staff behavior. Last time I wanted a late check out (2-3 hours) by paying extra charge and was told sorry sir there's is no availability. So I left my baggage at the hotel and left for something. When I came back after 4 hours to collect by baggage, I wanted to use the restroom, they gave me same room keys and the room was not even cleaned so it's not possible that there was no availability. And mind me they have the policy to give late check subject to charges. I visit here every 2 months for 4-5 days but still this type of service.

This time I wanted an early check in 1.5 hrs early. I had selected that while booking as well. I could see them checking inn someone who came after me but for me they are saying we can't give before 12. I belive since I'm not from South that's why I'm being treated in this manner. Really disappointed with the service.. And this is definitely my last visit.

Badly maintained and stinking rooms. Breakfast is like Idli-sambar and please move on, Tea was pathetic and coffee is not available. Restaurant is a make shift arrangement of a garage in cellar. Forget Lunch and Dinner availability which is outsourced. You can pretty well reach out to any restaurant of your choice. Very bad room service. Will not recommend this deemed to be hotel to anyone as it's worst than a lodge.
