I ordered an outfit and provided my exact measurements, including a waist size of 38 inches. But I received a dress labeled size L with a 27-inch waist – how is that even acceptable when I clearly shared my correct sizing?

They claimed it was stitched according to the measurements, but the final product doesn’t even come close. I reached out to resolve the issue, but instead of acknowledging their mistake, they justified it and placed the burden on me to send the dress back to India.

I even asked if they could ship the corrected size to Canada – no proper response, no solution. The customer service was unhelpful.

I have sent dress pictures as proof, and I’m very disappointed with the entire experience.

I had the worst experience with them. I ordered 3 dresses online during a sale and the estimated wait time was 4 weeks and I was ok with that but it took them a few months to finish my dresses which were just mediocre. The customer service, hassle of reaching out again and again, and the price for the product delivered was definitely not worth it and would not recommend it to anyone!

The top in the picture appeared long, but the one I received is very short. Please be aware when purchasing sale items, as the image shown is completely different from what I received.

I ordered 3 outfits, initially quoted a 2-3 week timeframe for shipment, but it took a full 8 weeks to arrive after multiple follow ups. One outfit came in the wrong size, and a pant was missing from the order. When I inquired, they claimed it was never included, despite no clear mention of this on their website or during the ordering process. One item also arrived in the wrong color, and they refused to allow an exchange or refund. Several of my custom requests were completely ignored, and the customer service was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. I will never purchase from them again. Be wary of their misleading sale tactics, advertising low prices but delivering terrible service. I would rate them zero stars for their service overall!

They  literally took 25 days to stitch an outfit I have to visit them nearly 7 times to get that the outfit altered . The tailors are really clueless of there are doing to the outfit. Do yourself a favor and don’t go through the pain  of placing the order here. It is just  an overhyped boutique .

Products r good but they are just irresponsible after taking the orders, there is too much of delay to deliver our product after they mention their time to deliver,even tough we keep calling them back so many times they give all bullshit excuses each time and the main management are also not ready to talk to us even after asking them we need to talk to the main person. They are asking questions like from where did we get the contacts. and she has her own space she can’t just talk like that to us.

Overall they don’t have any knowledge on customer service infact they don’t bother to talk to you if you reach out for any help after purchasing. They create utter non-sense threatening you about CC footage and consequences firstly they should learn and better understand the laws that can put them in lot of trouble if they continue to do their unprofessional and unethical practices.
