Just now I am visiting this Reliance Digital. Very bad experience from agents support. They confirm one price before then we negotiate then we are discussing about some extra amount of 2k, but the executive officer said very harshly to me like next time when you come we didn't give at this price. Very bad experience with the agents.

Worst service I have ever seen in that entire retail field.rude behaviour and over attitude of IDFC finance person he don't know how to speak with customers ,there is no politeness and he was simply rejecting loans there is no proper reason ,if customer ask any reason about cancellation he was simply speaks backend team rejection without any verification.im requesting to the store maneger once speak with finance manager team don't repeat it again for customer rejection without any proper reason

Very disappointed with Reliance Digital Hayathnagar branch. The store manager Ms. Swapna was loudly scolding her team in front of customers, disturbing everyone. Because of this unprofessional behavior, I could not even buy the TV I planned to purchase.

Why are staff meetings and arguments happening in front of customers? Doesn’t the store have a meeting room? This kind of mismanagement gives a very negative impression of Reliance Digital.
