Laptop was not charging, the power connection plug was broken, I got on line with them, then got a call, very respectful and professional. I decided to pass by to get a quote on my repair. It was quick, cheaper than other quotes. They said a couple of days to repair, it was s couple of days. Received email telling me laptop was ready. Great service, machined repaired, working great, no issues. Will recommend them to everyone. Thanks.

Tech ware solutions is one of the best computer service center.They are in to laptops,Desktops,Printers sales and servicing .In my family when ever  we get any loptop or Desktop service issues,we will first contact them only.They give best solution and  try to repair existing parts only.If is mandatory then only they will suggest us to replace the parts.After service also they will call us and take feedback whether that system is working properly or not.

These people could not repair my laptop battery problem and charged 5000 just for cleaning laptop. Totally useless and waste of money.

After I written a Bad review (attached at last) for Tech Ware, I got call from Supposedly owner of Tech Ware. The owner called to en-quire about my review. Initially he was trying to understand what went wrong and I thought he was genuinely concerned about customer. However, this was not the case. He was not bothered about customer issue at all. Company`s people had returned my laptop without solving original issue as the required part was unavailable. On the call the owner tells that they have found the part now, but they wont repair my Laptop as I had given bad review earlier. Clearly, Company does not give importance to customer issues and problems. Earlier Review: "Disgusting Service. Initially I thought they were good as they kept me informed about repair status of my laptop ; Later when i when to collect Laptop i saw physical Damages to my Laptop, Panel was Broken. Not just that when their Engineer was delivering Laptop he was trying to fool me by giving it without proper wire connection. Later when i told him that a wire is not connected he reopened the Laptop and attached the wire. Also the engineer said the some of the panels grooves were broken when I had handed them the Laptop. Had the grooves been broken when I gave them Laptop, the panel would be loose, which was not the case. And they blame me that i had given them a physically damaged laptop."

Horrible,Expensive and No solution .These people unable to fix small problem and took away 350RS for the so called service.
