Much of modern life now unfolds inside small glowing rectangles and with this the texture and colour of the physical world risks fading into the background.
So with our 12th Conçu store (in Kondapur), we wanted to try something else. A room layered with bold colours, memories, and art. A quiet counter-movement of sorts.
Thoughtfully designed by @sonareddystudio, at Conçu Kondapur the walls are filled with joyful picnic-themed acrylic paintings by @lenskumar : mats and hats on grass, scattered fruit, fragments of languid afternoons outdoors. Small visual reminders of leisure, sunlight, and the gentle absurdity of doing nothing in particular.
An art café to gently interrupt your day the way a good painting, or a long picnic, sometimes does.
