I had a very bad experience with MS Aircon during my Daikin AC installation. The technician Sagar who came for the installation behaved very rudely and showed a completely unprofessional attitude towards the customer.

The installation work was also done very poorly. Several screws and fittings were missed, and the setup was not done properly. I had to constantly ask the technician to complete basic things during the installation, which should have been done automatically by a professional.

This kind of careless work and rude behavior is unacceptable. I strongly recommend MS Aircon to properly train their technicians and ensure professional conduct with customers. Very disappointing service.

Very poor experience with MS Aircon. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The AC installation was done very badly and not properly fixed. When I raised the issue, they didn’t care at all. Highly irresponsible service. I would not recommend MS Aircon to anyone.

Worest service Ac technician MD.Faruk he demand to much of high rates he had taken dry pipe change 350/- and waire charges 850/- and stand charges 850/-another charges taken to much of high rude behaviour he demand it totally charged 2900/-l am not satisfied don't go through this service

I'm writing here to your attention that there appears to be an overcharge in the recent billing, specifically for items or services that were not part of the approved. This extra amount has not been accounted for in the initial agreement and requires clarification.
I'm following up since 6months still the refund hasn't debited.

I received MS Aircon details for installation of my newly bought Daikin AC. And I tried N number of times to reach them but they are not even picking the call. No response from them.

This is a Fraud team. Don't believe in this service .they cheated me very badly. Service charge and spare part charges are being manipulated and are sold at higher price to customer. DO NOT BUY Daikin please.

They charge more than they required. Before going for the installation everyone plz check with the workers twice about the charges that we are paying..........
