Very disappointing experience, even after visiting multiple times. Every visit has been unpleasant.

Most recently, I went to buy mutton and noticed a lot of cheating — they added too many bones, and when I asked for a specific cut to make up the remaining weight, the staff responded rudely and carelessly.

Another major issue is the lack of a proper queue or token system. Many people skip the line and go straight to the counter, while others are left waiting. I’ve complained about this several times, but the staff just pretends to take feedback seriously and does nothing to fix it.

Honestly, the same quality of mutton, chicken, and prawns is available at local shops more fast hardly 5 to 15 minutes but. this place takes 15–30 minutes to serve. The only slight difference is that they offer three types of prawns (tiger, medium, and small), but otherwise, nothing special.

Suggestion: Visit only if you have plenty of time. For urgent needs, local shops are a better option due to the less waiting time because, here is long waiting time and frequent issues with people skipping the line and going directly to the counter. You have to secure your spot until you're served. As for hygiene and quality — there’s nothing special here. It’s just good branding and decent infrastructure, but the actual products are no different from what you get at any local shop.

Just well maintained premises is not enough to attract more customers. Well trained employees are also required. I paid for 1kg mutton and requested to cut from single part. Employe said he will give from all parts and it is disgusting to see leftover small pieces are added. Also felt cheated that he gave 250g bones when outside shops are adding only 200g of bones. When asked, employee gave reckless answer and said it will be like that only and take if you want. This shop is completely run by employees and owner is not present there. When owner is not around we can expect employees to behave this way. I think this is my first and last visit to this shop.

I have purchased 1/2 kg mutton he has given almost 200gms of bone approx,even cooker itself is taking more than an hour to cook,Worst mutton meat , I ever experienced

It seems like you had a great experience at a clean, well-maintained seafood and non-veg store! The availability of fresh meat and a variety of seafood, including live fish, is definitely a highlight. It’s also impressive that the store maintains high hygiene standards and creates a kid-friendly environment with no unpleasant odors. A place like that must make shopping for fresh food a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

When I requested for mutton keema the person in counter is collecting small, small left over meat to do keema which is disgusting. When I asked this he was saying wait for 10min you will get good meat but after waiting for almost 30 min he was not responding and saying the same answer
Now the things are corrected. So changing the rating from 1 to 5.

I purchased chicken, and it had a bad smell right after I opened the package. Despite washing and trying to clean it, the odor didn’t go away, which is concerning. This raises questions about the freshness

Today I Visited Lot of varities there  Chicken sea food Like.., I asked specific Parts they given what I asked with normal price, overlay Nice and Fresh Quality of Meat house I found.

I have visited your shop reached meat cutting counter person,he  asked how much you need, I said 750grms and he said take token from other counter, by the time I take token,the cutting person ready with cover with chicken, I thought he might given good meat but when I opened in the home it's completely neck bones and other unwanted stuff which was remained on that day, I am very sorry to write this review because you will take care and improve things........sure decently I will visit again, this time hopefully I get good meat and service then I will change my mind and remove this review..all the best.....

Went to the store to buy a chicken, it was good visiting this store. Got in touch with owners and they are very nice to the customers. It’s going to be my weekly stop for a chicken here.

Lot of variety of Seafoods with Quality and also Chicken and Meat is Really soft and Tender

Buying mutton here is waste of money, age of goats very old and took almost 40 whistles to cook

Without doubt go for this place.. hygiene maintained... Good Quality..
