Its really good place to stay if you like the calm and environmental friendly locality, it's very peaceful as it is way from the main city but you will get all the needful day to day stuff here...the roads and not well maintained apart from this it's really awesome place to stay with your family in a reasonable cost.

I'm a member of praneeth pranav County.

I just step into near by premise of praneeth pranav homes due to street dogs. But bloody security guard told me that don't spet into this primises. What a worst management... Hope you went through this process and get the resolution.

Beautiful colony of Villa and all the amenities available. Gym , swimming pool, children playground

Good community, wide main roads and maintained well.This has a temple, small pool and play ground.Evenings are live with a lot of kids roaming and cycling. Only issue is the quality of the building construction by the builder, most  of the house owners had to pay for repairs due to quality issues, approach road from the beeramguda main road need to be laid again.

Excellent venture. Clean and Green maintenance. Nice to live locality. Only issue is distance from high way and the approach road to venture. It's the busiest road from highway till the venture.

A nice society with good and spacious houses and well made roads. Good places for families with kids to live. Security has to be improved. Apps like Mygate can help.

Village style community, far from the city pollution. However the approach roads to this Colony is horrible. Roads are bad, non existent. Especially on a rainy day you may damage your car. Traffic is a big headache, heading to this place. Narrow roads with huge crowds of all sorts. Overall whatever peace you get in the home will be balanced by the commute in and out of the Colony.

Staff were good..but there conditions are bit different ,may it's there in their policy and design to provide equality to everyone .but there house design was worst I have ever seen.there are houses without gates when we asked that can we put gates for houses they said no and it's their design .may be it's good in their perspective .but it always looks like there is some security lacking for house .

Gated community with all basic amenities like swimmig pool, club house, ground, 2 children's park, security with barrier, power backup street lights, bore water,gym,.. All basic stores are just outside the gate!!!

I liked place except a few things...
Cleanliness is required, maintenance charges are high, electrician and plumbers takes hell lot of time to visit and fix the issue. (This is frustrating at times).

1. No proper approach road. (Forget that there is road when it rains)
2. Monkeys and snakes roam free along with people.
3. Some waste water sewage passes by from the backside of the community which smells bad at times.
4. Many villas have seepage problem.

Its a place situated in you can say outskirts of hyderabad..the road after entering the Beeramguda kaman is pathetic.As my relatives stay there i have to visit them often and trust me that 5km part after entering Kaman is gonna test your driving skills and patience. So wear your seatbelts.😂

The gated community is a serene place but the approach road is very bad from Kaman to hpcl petrol pump.It is best suitable for retired and people with leisure activities.

Less maintenance and bulid home also not quality meterials used.

This is a gated community society… around 280 villas located in this society with a huge play areas , parks and temple.. well maintaining

Construction quality is not that good, but has amenities which are decent for children. But schools and hospitals are far from this community

Horrible experience in praneeth pranav homes in beeramguda
All back side houses have issue with sewage small, big waste water canal is passing parallel to back side of praneeth pranav homes it smells 24/7 all the time some times we couldn't able to breathe also.

Very homely houses/ Villas very much greenary
