Dear Support Team, I had placed an order and made the payment successfully. However, after one hour, the order was cancelled from your side without any proper reason. There was no customer care support available to resolve my issue. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. I request you to process my refund immediately and take necessary action to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
