Worst doctor experience I’ve ever had.
I am extremely disappointed with the behavior and professionalism of this doctor. I visited his consultation room with my baby, who was suffering from rashes. Because of this issue, we were advised not to use a diaper at that time. During the consultation, my baby passed urine naturally.
Instead of handling the situation with basic medical professionalism and compassion, the doctor reacted in a very disrespectful and insulting manner. In front of me, my wife, and my aunt, he said “chee chee” and asked me to clean it with my baby cloth. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable, especially from someone treating patients—particularly infants.
To make matters worse, after we left the room, another person came in and sprayed the room, as if my baby had done something disgusting. This behavior was deeply hurtful and shows a total lack of empathy, maturity, and understanding of how babies are treated.
A doctor should be respectful, caring, and knowledgeable—especially when dealing with children. This experience was shocking and unprofessional. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

He's a very good doctor.. very caring and solves our concerns as parents

I am writing this review after consulting dr. Reddy 4-5 times in last year for my son. So trust me on this. This dr has no patience to listen. He will get you out in 2 mins. He will prescribe Antibiotics even for minor issues - which is dangerous for kids immune system. Please be wise, and don't visit this clinic 🙏 spend more if you can for another good doctor.

Dr. cannot spend to listen half minute also regarding patients problem.prescribed medicines which are available only in his
medical shop and not available in open medical shops. Fully money mided.

We had an unpleasant experience at the hospital. Usually we prefer to get consultation in online but Our child had stomach pain and vomiting, so this time we preferred an in-person consultation. However, the doctor didn't thoroughly listen to our concerns. They hastily checked the heartbeat and prescribed antibiotics without providing guidance on food, precautions, or follow-up care for the next 2-3 days.

As we know, antibiotics can sometimes mask symptoms rather than addressing the root cause. We believe that if the doctor had taken the time to understand the issue, medication might not have been necessary. Effective listening and personalized advice are crucial in healthcare.

We had terrible experience visiting this clinic for derma related issues, the receptionist was too rude while helping the patients to visit the doctor in queue, when raised concerns they didnt even listen to us. No patient would like to tolerate such behavior of the supporting staff. I wouldn't recommend this clinic at all.

They don't follow the sequence and doesnt even intimate the patients that they aren't following the sequence number and when we ask the receptionist made some nonsense excuse claiming that the other patients came earlier when infact it wasn't the truth

Please change the review dates make it as 8 days not 4 days...
Your charging 400 rs in that no review at all..
For one time don't charge 400 rs
Charge only 300rs...

The worst hospital I have ever seen. Doctor don't even spend atleast 1to 2 minutes to listen to the attendents. No proper treatment. No proper response. I went again with the serious problem after op on the same day I requested them to plz wait my son is suffering a lot with some problem they said us to come but after we reached there they has closed hospital. I have suffered a lot for their behaviour by the god grace my son is fine now bec we immediately went to another good hospital. They give preference to money not to our kids health. I don't want to recommend this hospital to anyone plz don't visit that hospital and waste your time and money.

Dr. Ranjit Reddy is the best pediatrician i have known till date. He even attends to kids having any problem during odd hours. He is very knowledgeable, with lot of patience, very compassionate and a lot more. He is very friendly with his patients too.

Doctor fees is Rs. 300/- which is very reasonable, in these days of commercial in health care.

The Polyclinic is kept super tidy and hygienic.

In the same premises even medical store is also available but just keep a watch on expiry date on medicines.

He will not be available 24 hours to all kids and during some urgency in the night you will not able to contact as well, so better at that time go to nearby children hospital instead of waiting for his response on WhatsApp number which is being given to kids father n mother. (This sentence may be shock 😲)

But this is a fact said by doctor but a punch 👊 as well, reducing 2⭐⭐.

Location wise also very easy opposite lane of Vishal Mega Mart near Balapur X Roads or after Substation Electric office near Midhani quarters Dhatu Nagar.

I have reviewed as per my facts, rest you can cross check during visit for any illness to kids.

He is the best pediatrician i have known till date. Very very helpful. Attends to our needs even during odd hours. My both kids are fine and healthy just because of him. He is very knowledgeable, has a lot of patience, very helpful, very compassionate and a lot more. I will be forever thankful to him for the help he gave in times of need to my both kids. These days of commercialness in health care, he is the only person i have seen serving with a service motive.  Thanks a lot ranjith garu

The pediatrician is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated doctor. Very friendly with his patients, and the hospital is kept super tidy and hygienic. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend him 100%.

Such a worst experience😡... We went with 4 months baby in emergency situation...they said that doctor will wait... We went from 15kms away at night time... The clinic is closed and the staff person is going and he told closed...first they only said doctor will wait...after reached they said closed...in that emergency situation if something happens to our child who will be the responsibile...such  a worst clinic and staff(bad behaviour 😡) I have ever seen...so iam kindly requesting everyone don't visit in emergency situations.. they will not  wait ..

Doctor is good no doubt about that...
But supporting staff is worst .. they will speak very irrespective manner.. I feel unnecessary choosen that hospital

Doctor doesn't spend not more than 2 mins for each case. Doesn't listen to what we say enough. if we keep talking he will keep us aside and look another patient in parallel.

I felt commercial doctor because his medicines for even a small fever costs 800-1000 per visit. Vaccination costs thousands 1500-2000 even for normal govt available vaccines. Usually they charge 500 per vaccine in other clinics.

Worst doctor I have ever seen, he doesn't even listen to the parents and prescribes thr medication without the baby's history.

I visited  many times ..he is an excellent doctor..but today mrng iam consulting the doctor onph line but staff not given intimation to doctor..my child got covid positive today so iwant the help from doctor.. plz understand the patient pblm plz helpwhen there's a need...

Really a Commercial doctor..don't even spent 1 min to listen what attendants are saying...really not good for childrens as it requires lot of patience to attend any child but without any diagnosis, starts writing medicines which can be sold in his medical shop...worst behaviour with Patients..
