worst ever experience and bad customer service. I got the service from them on Oct 9th and still have not received the CD for my pictures. No one responds to the Email. Even on the day of the event they did not remember. I had to call them and tell them and remind them. No one had a clue. To get the business they would travel any distance but when they have to deliver the product they find all excuses

This photo studio has been there for a while and so is a go-to place for the local population.The picture quality is  just ok.They are quite professional and can provide photos immediattely if asked for. They are particularly good at clicking pistures for visa/passport.

Since it is a big studio.... There is a lot of miscommunication between employees. Final Output is good but you need to continuously follow up for everything.

One of the oldest photo lab in secunderabad chilkalguda, almost i know it from 25 years. It has a good studio and lab and very reasonable price.

I asked them to do a frame they took time even though they made marks on frame and I asked for soft copy he said no the worst ever studio do go for that
