The main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Secunderabad Railway Station and the metro, which makes travel very convenient. Accessibility is definitely a positive point.
However, cleanliness needs improvement. The rooms were manageable, but certain areas, especially the staircase, were not properly cleaned. Some spots looked like pan spit stains, which affected the overall impression.
The hotel is okay for a short stay if you are looking mainly for convenience and budget. Overall, it is just an average hotel experience.

Pretty much a decent hotel. The staff could be a bit nicer. The wifi wasn't working. They give 1 half liter water bottle per person everyday however additional can water is available in the respective floors. Just one thing. Confirm the price properly while pre-booking. Also try opting for the rooms which are not towards the road. It becomes too noisy to sleep because of its central location. Secunderabad railway station, The bus stand and the secunderabad east metro station are in 1 to 3 mins of walk.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff behavior at Hotel Ranjit Residency, Secunderabad. One of the staff members, Meghraj, behaved very badly with the ladies in our group when we returned to the hotel at night after visiting the market. His attitude was rude, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
Such behavior makes guests feel unsafe and uncomfortable, especially women. This is not the kind of conduct expected from hotel staff under any circumstances. A hotel should be a place of safety and hospitality, not harassment or intimidation.
The management seriously needs to train their staff on basic manners and respectful behavior, particularly towards female guests. Because of this incident, I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families and women travelers.

It was great experience. Room was clean. Washroom was clean. Hot water was available as per said time.
Mine was a work stay and hence didn't use many room services. Nevertheless.. it was a good stay.

Location is a blessing. So close to Rathfile bus stand and Secunderabad railway station. Room price was economical.

Never ever go to this hotel, the behaviour of the staff is very bad, they charge for everything, even for water bottles. They don't even have water dispensers in the floors. Plus they don't care for your concerns.
The staff are scammers, they will give 3 seater even if you ask for 2 seater then charge for 3 seater.

ALWAYS GO FOR ANOTHER HOTEL AT THIS RANGE, BUT NOT THIS ONE.

I loved my stay here! I originally booked for just one night, but I ended up staying for an entire week. The hotel is perfectly located right on the main road, with easy access to everything you might need. The main bus station is just nearby, and the train station is also within easy reach if you need to travel further.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My room was spotless and well-maintained. I had a twin-bed setup, but simply pushed them together for extra space — it worked perfectly.

Overall, this place exceeded my expectations compared to the hotels within the area. I would still choose it again

I personally hated this hotel and I dnt even expect much . Firstof all , the staff was horrible and had us wait so uch to everyone get a room !  Then they proceeded to make arrangements in te roomwih they soypvedone before. No towels, dirty duvets , no one felt safelying down ! To anyone who would ever consider this hotel , look again !!

The hospitality of the receptionist is so poor u never imagined i have booked from 27 dec. to 31St dec. and today when I reached at the door of the hotel the receptionist the auto driver go away there is no vacancy in the hotel. I told him did you know how to gave respect to the customer who sat in the auto, whether they booked or not, without any enquiry and rudely behaved and didn't refund my money
So my suggestion please don't go that type of hotel ranjit residency in future and i have also take legal action against that hotel

Hotel room is ok spacious at reasonable online tarif. Hot water is available only in morning session. Air conditioner and lift facilities available.

Very bad experience with the staff there is no hot 24 hours there is no ac at the morning hotel premises are not cleaned rooms are manageable but staff are not good

It was the best experience at Hotel Ranjit Residency. Stay was comfortable and I really like the service, the staff was very helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel near Secunderabad Junction 👍🏻

It's a good room with needed facilities.
Water Heater was not available for old people in cold climate for shower.

I had booked at Ranjith Residency for three D/N stay with my family. We found the rooms were clean, spacious and safe. Noticed continuous overall supervision during day time. Location is ideal with all modes of transport available nearby.

It was a good experience staying in this hotel with good location and the staffs were great and helpful and we love the hospitality they gave✨

I stay here from 21st to 23rd September 2025, I have booked two rooms, TV was not working, Landlind phone not working, Hot water not available 24 hours. And charges are too high.bed are so small.

first of all i want to say that the staffs are really really good ..this is not my complaint just my observation..why beacause im writing this review because ...i asked owner number but the night duty guy didnt give me ..the manager is the worst person i have ever seen in my entire life ..he dont know how to behave to customers politely and respectfully ...i dont even know how the owner give him manger post he is not deserving this..he is very very rude person..please try to change his behaviour against the customer ..except him the staffs and room are very good ...thankfull for that
