Excellent experience at Max Store, Malkajgiri!

I was looking for night tracks and visited two Zudio stores and Vishal Mart earlier, but I had no luck. Either the sizes didn’t fit properly or the designs were quite odd.

At Max, everything changed. Within a minute of stepping into the store, I found exactly what I was looking for. The section was well organized, my size was a perfect fit, and the quality was good.

The pricing was very reasonable, and I even got a discount, which made the purchase even better. Overall, a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Firstly they try their best to sell the membership to customers.

When I revisited and tried to avail membership discount on the T-Shirt purchased then they explain the criteria to avail discount.

Totally not at all happy with this Membership program.

The store has not been maintained appropriately. AC not working. The specially abled staff are working very hard and with lot of dedication but due to the Under staffed store, we took 15 minutes to shop and 20 mins to process billing.
The management needs to improve a lot.

There is no good collection... Damaged clothes also in sale. Check carefully

Worst experience at max safilguda ,  the lift is not functioning and trial rooms were only 3 .

Sales is going on Max mania 50 percent on entire shopping but it is valid till July 2nd

Not good. This store doesn't have much options or styles. Pantaloons and Westside are way better in comparison.

Hi Max,
Your store at safilguda has lot of timing issues. Today I have visited at 11AM but still it remain closed. When I asked your executive who was waiting for store to open she replied that timing is changed to 12pm.

Your website says 10am your address plate says 11am your executive say 12pm. Hahaha no one is at clarity.

Even if timing is changed please let customers informed by any print pasted on your shutter.

I have completed my shopping from your neighbor store with 4k Bill.

I think at least you understood why you have less sales than  other stores

Very Poorly managed store ! They do not accept their own MAX gift Vouchers. It’s been more than a month that they opened the store and still they are unable to accept their vouchers. The staff needs to learn how to speak to customers and manage crowds. The manager is experienced and is able to handle the customers but they need to train the staff better.

Yesterday I done my shopping in max safilguda.it was nice experience.My bill was above 5000 rupees and the way cashier raviteja explained about the offers was good.and I got 500 discount coupon because of him.thanks to raviteja (Cashier)..and love to do more shopping in max in future.

Excellent customer service representative and lot's of changes happen its good to see all in one place

Security has March fast us as beep sound is coming in exit door. Given my purse to check and shopping bag too. Finally found that due to Wifi card beep sound is coming. Behaviour of security ia worst and no politeness in his conversation. Worst experience had today
