At the point of Entry Both the lady and gents staff behaviour was not good . Showing us very cheap Attitude. Wworst behaviour. Not worthy.

Billing on the first floor is completely inconvenient and poorly planned. Makes the whole shopping experience frustrating.

Pathetic experience. Female from billing counter forces us to buy elite membership and offers vouchers in return which are already expired or are near expiry within 15days. After 2 rejections they force you to buy saying discounts are throughout the year and they have targets to get elite membership and loot people.
They are looting people with 250 per invoice for no reason and making money. Nasty and bullshit marketing and sales strategies. Never expected brands from landmark have this worst strategies. Never going to buy again.

Customer service is so pathetic, support staff are so arrogant, they behave in such a way as if they are getting paid

New Store. Clean and organized. Drawback- The billing is available only on the first floor. Even if you do not want to buy and anything from the womens section upstairs you still have to climb the stairs or wait for the elevator to just get your item billed.

Worst quality,old stock, looting not even provided bags

Iam ordered online 3 items received 2 only another one no response

Worst billing experience.
