Got my Predator Helios Neo 16 (RTX 40 series) serviced recently, and I couldn’t be more relieved.

There was a heavy dust buildup around the graphics card that had me genuinely worried. On top of that, my laptop would only turn on when plugged into the adapter though once it booted, it worked fine even without it.

The technician fixed both issues — cleaned out the graphics card and resolved the booting problem. Absolute expert. I was initially skeptical about handing over my Predator, but It’s better to trust than to let it rust to its core.

The techie was super super cool with the laptop fixing .. just 30mins and it was in my hand ! Absolutely Recommendable !

Call before coming to the service center there is no person here when I came all the way but there is no person here and no one is lifting calls

My laptop wasn't booting and I took it to a HP authorized dealer cum service center in Gachibowli. They could partially diagnose the issue and said that its a hard disk issue and had asked for 8k for hard disk repair without any proper justification.
In Sri Sai Computers, Ravi kumar has diagnosed the issue properly and had fixed the issue along with providing the solution of upgrading the RAM as well to a brand new 8 GB. My laptop's performance has increased manifold. The total expenses incurred were not even 50% of what the Gachibowli service center said.
Ravikumar is a genuine, transparent and honest person, which anyone looking for a laptop repair solution can rely on. I highly recommend him.

I brought my computer to the service center because the screen was blank. The technicians asked me some questions about what happened before the issue occurred, and then ran some tests to diagnose the problem. Since I have some prior knowledge on screen blank issues, I would like the technicians to take a closer look at specific components such as the RAM to see if they could be causing the problem. I appreciate the effort that the service center put into diagnosing the issue accurately and I look forward to finding a solution. Based on my experience, I would rate this service center 5 out of 5 for being the best budget-friendly option.

Very impressive service.  I approached Sri Sai Computers with my brother's reference who a regular visitor. I have Dell All-in-one desktop with booting problem.  Mr. Ravi diagnose the problem within short time and resolved the problem.  Knowing the fact about kids online classes he has given high preference in resolving the problem.  Last time I had a similar issue where Dell took complete 1 month to resolve my problem.  The person being very knowledgeable, approachable, respects the urgency and on-top all very professional.
