Beautiful sarees. Colour choice and designs are great. A tad bit pricey. I should be giving 5 star for the aforementioned comments. But their customer service is horrible. I’ve ordered 4-5 times, out of which 3 times I had faced an issue. Either saree of our choice doesn’t get shipped or shipped one will have dirt marks or holes, and even worse, they expect us to adjust with what they send. No matter how good you’re, or how talented you’re, the way you deal with customer’s issues makes all the difference and if I had a choice I wouldn’t even give 1 ⭐️.

Not what we expected as seen on YouTube. The displayed items were more than 50% more than what was shown on the YouTube. Frankly a great disappointment. The reception was lukewarm and the price tags were missing as was the owner. When asked about the price of any item she had to take it inside to consult some one and come back with a price, which made us not to buy. In fact we went all the way from Himayat Nagar as there was a ensuing function at my home and we wanted to buy at least 20 sarees. We bought one as my wife would be completely disappointed if we don't buy any one. The prices are negotiable which makes one feel that rates are not fair. We are not going back ever!

The silk Kota saree I bought is gorgeous....the colour is so unique. Thank u Sunitha creations.
