Well nice experience from here. Even though iam searching for a dress this is like a nice experience.
Choosing dress are more convenient and easy.

The Max store at Sarath City Mall has a good collection, but the billing experience was a disaster. After selecting everything, I reached the counter only to find a huge queue with customers arguing due to the slow process. With limited billing counters and a massive crowd, it took almost half an hour, and I eventually left without purchasing anything. Very disappointing, management needs to add more counters and staff to handle peak hours better.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Max. The store is well-organized, and I was impressed by the wide variety of clothes available for all occasions. From casual wear to trendy outfits, they had an excellent collection with different styles and models to choose from. The quality of the clothes was really good, and everything felt durable and comfortable. What I liked most was that despite the quality and variety, the prices were very competitive and affordable compared to many other stores. Overall, shopping at Max was enjoyable, satisfying, and definitely worth recommending to friends and family.

Well maintained store in the mall that has good collection of daily wear dresses for all age groups.

The collection is less than the other stores of Max.

3 star for the clothing and 2 star for the staff. Extremely bad manipulated people unfriendly and not willing to help but over smart to see a customer a come running and take bills on Name without even assisting. Always busy in gossips and loud nonsense talks.

Poor customer service and trial room is occupied with stocks and security also not allowing more than 3 items for trial also calling customers like bewakoof if they are taking items again for second trial...teach your security on how to behave customers...I will not visit this store again

I recently visited MAX to browse clothing and explore the latest fashion collection. The store is well located and easy to find, which made my visit convenient. Upon entering, I noticed that the store was spacious and neatly organized, with separate sections for men, women, and kids. The staff were polite and helpful when I asked for assistance, and they guided me to the items I needed without being intrusive. Billing was smooth and took minimal time. The store’s lighting and cleanliness were satisfactory, and the ambience was welcoming.
Overall, my experience at MAX was positive. It is a good place to shop for everyday clothing, casual outfits, and affordable fashion. I would visit again when looking for new styles or basic wardrobe essentials. The experience felt comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish.

Today we shopped for dresses and bought 2. Our experience with the sales person was very bad. Her name was Nanditha and she was very rude when i asked if i can sit for 2 minutes as i was not keeping well. She asked me to leave the place saying its her area or asked me to go to a corner and sit. I was actually waiting for my husband to trail the clothes and come out. Her way of talking and behavior was so rude. I infact requested while she was showing up her attitude. It was a very bad experience and this needs attention.

Shop to stop in every shopping mall. Pocket friendly with latest trending designs.

Good for middle class people, good offers but only few options in discount.

The store is being managed in a very casual manner. Staff is not effecient. Collection is good but display and organizing the dresses is not done well by staffs

Nice reasonable quality outfits were there for all ranges how ever there is no maintenance near trial rooms it looks like garbage the trial items were just let for days although the offers were there at same time company should hire additional people to manage trial outfits or costumes and rearrange them for customer convenience which will be very normally available in other brands  malls

I was trying to buy some casual wear for my son aged 12 yrs. The options are too little. I did not find a good range of shorts or tracks. There were few shorts, their price was on par with the track pants. I found them a little more pricey.

Not much collectives or offers. But cost is high

Good stuff. But a horrible place to buy things...oh you'll not get a chance to buy things only because of long queues. The staff is extremely slow.
