First Max store at Manipur. Located just opposite to the airport. Good quality clothes available at reasonable price. The price is average compared to online stores, but lower than branded stores.

In my 15 years of shopping experience with Max, I haven't seen such a worst and poorly maintained Max. The staff's politeness looks like overacting and the store contact no. they provide never attends calls and when attended, I was told that since my no.was new to them so their phone automatically blocked me, Come on, is this a reason to give???? That's not your personal no. so my no. got blocked.
"Customer Satisfaction".... Please google it to know the meaning of it, just don't give a lame reason of Pan India server down, It is only your store where sever is down..Don't assume People are stupid to be fooled by you.
You don't deserve a half star too.

Worst customer service and illiterate counter staff. Give them training well. They are providing Fake coupon details to staffs, and playing with coustomers. I ll never enter again in my life.
